5 /5 Rosa Amiri: Huge shoutout to my personal trainer, Erfan! I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with the gym — usually give up within the first couple of weeks — but since training with him, I’ve been hitting the gym 5 days a week and actually looking forward to it. That’s a first for me.
From day one, Erfan took the time to really understand my goals and gave me a clear, realistic plan to get there. He’s incredibly professional, full of energy, and really knows how to keep you motivated. What I appreciate most is that he actually cares, he’s not just ticking off the session and moving on.
