1 /5 GG Gegeen: Very disappointing gym experience. The only reason I stayed was because it’s close to my home, otherwise it has been the worst gym I’ve ever joined.
1. The app is confusing and poorly designed. When I paused my membership, everything looked normal with no payment issues. Then suddenly, I was hit with multiple late fees and extra charges. No one contacted me to explain anything — they just cancelled my membership. This happened twice.
2. Customer service is terrible, especially from Maria. She never greets members or creates a welcoming atmosphere. It feels cold and uncomfortable every time I walk in. A gym should feel like a second home, and staff should know how to make members feel comfortable.
3. Lack of equipment. Important machines are often broken and stay that way for a long time.
4. Poor Wi-Fi. It has been 3 years of struggling with slow or completely non-working Wi-Fi. I even had an online coach, but the Wi-Fi made it impossible to follow workouts properly.
5. Cleanliness is unacceptable. The place smells bad, and the bathrooms are extremely dirty.
6. Too focused on promotions. Instead of improving services for current members, they constantly run promotions to bring in new people.
I will never choose Plus again and do not recommend it to anyone or to our community.
Lack of equipment — the gym doesn’t have any of the modern or trending machines that most gyms offer today.
