He wasn’t told by anyone that this 30 day return policy even existed, just handed the ring at pickup from Tuggerah and that was it. It’s not even listed in the care plan anywhere so she could have just made it up just to yell at us about it.
She also marked it down as WORN on the resizing sheet even though it hadn’t even been out of it’s box for more than 12 hours - in pristine condition without a scratch.
Now potentially wasting thousands of dollars. Spend your money somewhere else, do not go to Prouds!!!
