Lullabye Behrendt I had the best experience with Evita today, I was hoping to have a sentimental necklace repaired in person as the clasp had broken, after being told by every jeweller they could either send it away or were unable to help I felt extremely defeated. Cue me asking the lovely young woman with dark brown hair behind the counter if they were able to help, she immediately jumped up, offered to charge my phone whilst I waited and in less than 2minutes my chain was sparkly and looking brand new. She did all of this free of charge with a bright smile on her face, I am extremely impressed by the customer service and will definitely be back for any future repairs and gifts

Pandora DFO South Wharf - NSW

Nicole Ng Went there today and found something nice for myself. There is a line to go in but it was not very obvious and a lot of customers walked in and didn’t know there was a line within the store. Maybe there should be a sign outside of the store directing people to line up at the start. The lady serving me was nice and understood what I was looking for. She even helped me tried the charms on another sales assistant’s bracelet. Sales was great but not a huge selection.

LUKFOOK JEWELLERY CHATSWOOD - NSW

Martin Ca It was my first time visiting Luk Fook Jewellery in Chatswood, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a female sales assistant in her 40s to 50s whose attitude was appalling—she spoke coldly and looked at people with an air of superiority, as if she was looking down on others. The entire shopping experience was completely devoid of warmth or professionalism, which was extremely off-putting. I had originally found a gold piece that I liked, but ultimately decided not to make the purchase because of this unacceptable service. This is by far the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered in a jewellery store. I sincerely hope Luk Fook addresses this issue, or they will continue to lose customers who, like me, leave deeply disappointed.
