5 /5 Luis Enriquez: Been going to Coach Leos gym for about a year now and it’s been a slow and steady process to improve my striking skills. Felt pretty unco coming into classes but coach always comes around and provides handy tips for all attendees. I also feel like the focus on technique before power and speed has benefited me more than the other gyms I have visited.
I think what makes this gym incredibly fun to attend is the community coach has built. Familiar faces show up every week which enables us to joke around and what not, but it also helps us push each other to our limits every session. Coach Leo also understands that everyone in the class is there for different reasons, from fitness goals to entering the ring, but all in all he encourages us to all support each other and improve, regardless of skill level. He also puts in the effort to have outings with the gym members and its always been super fun going out to these events. It’s for these reasons that I feel encouraged to come back to classes every week.
If you’re seeking some striking martial art but feel a little intimidated by attending your first class, I really do recommend giving Roldan Muay Thai a try. It’s pretty damn fun.
