Gerard Lim Never felt better. after a health scare, I had a chat with Max and immediately felt at ease to try a few classes and I am hooked. I usually hate gyms but TPH is quite different. Max, Sam and Lauren are amazing, their approach to coaching is personal but also leaves no space for bullshit, just focussed on your goals. it also helps that the community they have built are the friendliest and most welcoming bunch. I have missed a few sessions now being overseas, but I cant wait to be back.

St. Iggy Fantastic indoor waterpark / playground. With multiple slides for all people to go down though I think the main audience is 15 and less. Very little kid friendly areas in pools and slides. Swimming lessons are said to be great. Gym, yoga, spa, sauna, basically anything you may want at a gym or leisure centre. Definitely worth buying permanent or multi monthly passes.

jenny ye An excellent little gym & Pilates studio! Over the years, I’ve tried yoga, dance, and gym workouts, but this place really stands out. The group workouts downstairs with video demonstrations are fun and energizing, while the Pilates class upstairs feels small, personal, and supportive. As a woman over 50, finding the right place to exercise is so important for keeping my motivation alive — and so far, I’m absolutely loving it. ❤️
