You basically wear an EMS suit, the electrical stimulation through the suit during your workout creates the resistance for your muscles. In simple words , your muscles think they are holding weights, but your joints are protected. This unique workout is improving my performance in running and my general fitness. Best part, it is just 23 minutes including warm up and post workout stretch. Trainers at Speedfit are very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend it!
