3 /5 Sarah Giselle Arabejo: Always been a fan of Swarovski- quality and customer service. Applaud the staff even more when it’s busy and some people end up just browsing, myself included. However on a day where it was relatively quiet and I made quite a decent purchase and was only there for a short period of time, all staff were not as helpful as my previous experiences. Hopefully, it was just a one-off thing and management can address.

1 /5 Catherine: Had to buy two items from my twin cousins’ old wishlist, and this outlet store was the only one with them in stock. Sadly, the experience was disappointing. You get less than what you pay for in terms of respect, service, and overall value, and more of what you don’t want — rushed treatment, lack of patience, and subtle bias if you take too long to decide, only buy one item, or speak another language. This outlet feels like a “grab and go” place, not somewhere to expect proper consultation or courtesy. If you can, order outlet items online or through a regular retail store for a much better experience.

1 /5 NAM P: Picked an earring marked at $122 and was advised by Ross it’s $171. I was informed that price was incorrectly marked. This was utter disappointment as the marked price on the rack was not honoured at the checkout.There were three staff at 5.30pm Sunday who were not busy approaching closing hour at 6pm and it took a customer to make them realise that price was not correctly marked. In stating the above i acknowledge the professionalism by Ross who was apologetic but sadly helpless. I suggest reading on the fair trading laws.

5 /5 Sanitta Simpson: I called up and spoke to Florida, the manager. Explained I had a necklace that I bought in London (UK) but there were a couple of stones that had come out. When that happens I dont like wearing the jewelery. I had no box, no receipt but the manager in good faith swapped the necklace for me. I was really grateful and love wearing the necklace again.
