He carefully designed the new chain and cross digitally and made sure I was completely happy with it before proceeding. He even created a detailed wax model so I could visualise it before it was made in gold. His attention to detail is truly unmatched. Mehdi was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process, making sure every element was exactly as I envisioned. His craftsmanship, dedication, and fair pricing genuinely set him apart — he’s one of the best jewellers I’ve ever come across.
