Our further dealings were primarily with Viola who was extremely attentive to any correspondence from purchasers solicitors or us and dealt with every piece of correspondence with the utmost detail. She ensured both my mother and I were across every piece of correspondence by calling and talking us through each email. A service that is virtually non-existent these days! I applaud her for her patience and dedication. I don’t live in the area but would definitely go back to Viola/David for any conveyancing or other legal matters.
