I tried saline removal, thinking it was safer, but it only led to more frustration and a plan to re-tattoo over them, which I didn’t want. Laser was my last resort, and I was nervous until I found Olha. She was incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and professional. Laura Nackashian This is the first time my daughter got eyelash extensions and it couldnt have gone smoother. We got a call prior to leaving home to say that they were running behind schedule and to come in 15 minutes later, which was great, meaning we didnt have to wait for too long. Having said that, we were taken in at 5:30pm as there was still another client inside. Stephanie was polite and answered all questions asked. She was very gentle and my daughter said she could feel herself slowly getting sleepy!! My daughter is extremely happy with the lashes (she got Classic 90%) and is already getting positive comments from her friends, asking where she got them done. Will definitely be back for future extensions. Thank you Stephanie!!

She is excellent at threading, facials etc. at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Naaz for the beauty services. It would be great if the hair cuts are accompanied with a blow dry service.

hay sainsbury I was super disappointed with my visit :( I booked a 9:30am appointment with the intention of getting in early so the salon wouldn’t be busy. Around 5 other customers arrived at the same time - definitely not enough staff to cater for the amount of bookings they had taken. I’ve been to this salon on multiple other occasions and never received nails that looked this bad. The chrome powder was scratched, lumpy and several of my nails had hairs or bubbles in them. I expressed that I was disappointed with my nails and paying an additional $20 for the chrome effect seemed like a steep price for poor results. I then sat down to have them ‘fixed’, yet after they were fixed they looked worse than what I had to begin with. The pictures are what I was sent away from the salon with. I ended up going to a whole different shopping centre to have them removed the same day. The appointment felt very rushed, which I believe was due to overbooking appointments. I understand Christmas is a busy time and businesses are trying to attend to as many customers as possible, but this should not compromise the end product.

I actually paid extra for the time and effort spent on my talons because it was money well earned....Acrylic & gel stiletto style with two feature nails. Unfortunately the language barrier didnt need to be a barrier, her English was perfect when she chose to converse, I had to drop a star for that. Hey, I still gave her a tip for her work but customer service is important.

She also creates her own new design all the time, she was so proud as she showing me her latest design for the upcoming summer. Gorgeous people!

A A Im not sure why Ive avoided writing this review for so long. I guess Im not really one to leave bad reviews, however this has been going on for far too long. Ive been receiving services from the Beauty and Brow Parlour in Forest Hill for over a year. Im not sure why I keep going back although I think its because Im nervous about trusting a new place. When I first started going there, the staff tried to convince me to get threading done even though I wanted waxing (I tried threading a while ago elsewhere and knew it was too painful for me). She was so pushy, and Im clearly not good at standing up for myself so I tried it and started crying from the pain. Therefore, she decided to do waxing instead like I requested in the first place. I also recommended my mum to go there who was also pushed to get threading done instead of waxing but my mum did not back down on what service she wanted to receive. At first I never paid attention to the cleanliness or lack of at the store because Id just sit down and expect everything to be clean and sanitised after the previous person. However, over time, I started to notice how dirty and hairy their utensils were from customers prior to me and not cleaning in between customers, after someone finished before me and I sat down immediately after. Every single time I went there, I had to ask for them to clean and sanitise the tweezers, scirrors and spoolie from all of the hair. Not to mention, the staff have always been cold and rude, and it never felt like a warm and welcoming environment, often speaking in a foreign langauge in front of customers. Today, the utensils were soo dirty but I didnt think to take a photo of the one at that chair I was sitting at. Pictured below are the utensils from another chair/table in the same store (still dirty but mine was even more disgusting because they use this chair the most for my service). I asked the staff member to clean the utensils which she did and I mentioned that EVERY single time I come here they are NEVER clean and Im not sure how their business is still open. I told her if I come one more time and its dirty they will lose me as a customer (not that they would care). The staff member stayed silent and didnt even apologise!!! She completed the service and after I paid I felt yucky and never want to return. I believe their service is overpriced, especially due to the lack of cleanliness!!! Their people and professional skills are embarrassing. After so many terrible reviews, how is Beauty and Brow still employing the careless women at the Forest Hill branch... it makes the whole company look absolutely terrible! At Forest Hill Chase shopping centre, there is another store on the ground level that can service eyebrows called Vogue Hair & Beauty which I will be going to from now on for $11 cheaper than the Beauty and Brow Parlour. If you want a warm, welcoming, and clean experience, Id STRONGLY recommend AGAINST GOING to the Forest Hill Beauty and Brow Parlour.

Sam Qureshi Hello management, This salon has Very lazy staff. I Went to your salon for full face wax. A Lady (with blonde hair and glasses on) asked $12 extra to wax on my nose(not inside my nose just on my nose) I asked why as I am already paying $55 for full face wax. That lady was in hurry to close salon thats why she turned waxing machine off without completing my wax and she was soo lazy to turned that on again to satisfy customer and upon insisting she agreed to thread on my nose which did not pluck all hair out. ADVICE: 1. If you have non negotiable price list thn, please do not negotiate in the quality of service you are providing. 2. It is very disrespectful to talk infront of customers to your staff in your language.

Samantha Dugg Went in today for my brows to be threaded (no shaping). The worker kept stopping in between doing my eyebrows to gossip about someone else to the other worker (yes I could understand). Then she told me she had done shaping, I finished to see absolutely the tiniest sliver of eyebrow left when I have thick eyebrows. I told her I didn’t ask for this and her reply was, no this looks better for your face. I said ok that’s your opinion but I didn’t ask for it. No apology and no discount. I have been going here for over 6 years but never again. Awful service. Avoid!

Sharon H I would give zero stars if possible. They absolutely butchered my eyebrows. They didnt pay any attention to my instructions, rushed it (even though I was the only customer there) and now my formerly thick, arched eyebrows are 2 different shapes, extremely thin and tadpole like. I nearly cried when I saw their work. They could tell how bad it looked and said "you dont have to pay" along with a million other excuses. To make it worse I have cuts on my skin which I have never had at any other threading salon. To say I regret going there would be the understatement of the century

Sarah Ali Totally ruined my nice thick eyebrows. Wanted a clean up but the lady made them thinner. Cut my eyebrow hair with a pair of scissors and left a patch. They are so rough and quick while threading your eyebrows and they leave you with painful cuts under your eyebrows. Didn’t even offer aloe Vera. Would give 0/10 if I could

The regular lady that threads eyebrows there absolutely ruined my once-nice eyebrows! :’( It’s taken more than 6 months for them to partially start growing back and my left one stll has patches throughout and was so thin for so long. She was extremely rough and quick. I will never go back. Please do not ever go here for eyebrow threading. I don’t know about their other services- could be good.

Nicholas Price Echo the comments about non existent customer service, a vitally important part of beauty services where they are touching hair or in my case, arm waxing. Ive found that unhappy employers are that way because of the lack of support and respect from their superiors. I booked at your salon because the price was cheaper for male arm waxing than other places, but what i saved in $ was frustration and disappointment about the total lack of customer service. No please, thank you, how was your day; and when I presented at the front desk for the appointment, the girl looked confused and had to speak to another colleague to find out what was going on. Also, if doing something personal like waxing close the door! Although at back of the store, I would like a bit of privacy. I asked for the manager when I left and was told she wasnt there. And was not asked why or if they could help. No thank you or goodbye on the way out. Shockingly bad. Wont be back, obviously. P.S. your website doesnt work. P.P.S your five star reviews are suspicious, friends and family?

Audrey Teoh I had my eyebrows threaded today. Alka - the lady who did it - is such a lovely person. And she did a very good job as well, minimal pain and with a really nice eyebrow massage at the end. My eyebrows look so much better. Very happy and satisfied with her work! Thank you!
