Linda Hong On Tuesday my close friend Giang suggested we a visit a Nail Salon together. A worker from Khiels Chadstone recommended Clover Nail & Beauty - Malvern East. Giang made a booking with Rachel the day before for us both at Wednesday 18th December at 11:30 am. Sadly I lost track of time and my cats were preventing me from getting into my own car. I rushed down to Clover Nail and Beauty. Once I walked into the shop Giang was already getting her light pink in Cateye and almond shaped nails done by Rachel. When I walked in and apologized for being 15 minutes late. Keira asked me to sit down, spoke to me about what I’d like done to my nails. Prior to visiting I had a French manicure done beforehand therefore instead of white on the ends my partner asked me to get violet on the ends instead. I chose 56, which was more a purple colour with a sparkle in it too that Giang, Rachel and I agreed on and then Rachel helped me select the base colour 195 a light pink colour that would work well together too. Kiera helped me remove the French manicure prior as my nails were done 25 days before that. Rachel put the Biogel on my nails to protect them and Kiera added the purple end of my nails to my French manicure and made sure it was square round too. Kiera and Rachel worked well together to get the job done effortlessly. They were both professional, friendly, kind, honest, hardworking and efficient at their job. Second to none. I was happy with the end result. Yes, It’s a beautiful salon, clean and excellent set up. I was impressed with my nails too. This place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended. Thank you.

The team were so professional with their approach and the hair and makeup was flawless, and they managed to do it all within a few hrs in a small apartment. A J My wife finally got the courage to email Me Clinic to express dissatisfaction with results from a surgery performed by Dr Granot. The email was forwarded to another staff saying ‘another one for you’ and then she got a reply to say Dr Granot has since retired and due to time lapse she would need to pay full consult fee of $350 to discuss her concerns. Once time had passed and my wife had time to heal, it was evident that the surgery was very badly executed and the scarring was awful, leaving her feeling more self conscious than before the surgery. The lack of care and consideration, despite time passing, from Me Clinic has been extremely disappointing.

He explains everything well. He does not over exaggerate the potential outcome but I can say that both the after care and outcome far exceeded my expectations. Lusffy Han Dr. Gordon is an exceptional physician who provided outstanding care for my facial treatment, specifically for my forehead and chin. Two weeks ago, I had my initial consultation with him at the Me Clinic. From the start, Dr. Gordon was incredibly friendly and offered a wealth of professional advice. As someone who is extremely cautious, especially after seeing many unsuccessful filler treatments and some alarming accidents on social media, I made sure to thoroughly discuss my concerns with Dr. Gordon. He addressed all of them with great patience and expertise, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the treatment last week. The treatment itself was smooth, safe, and conducted with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Gordons extensive experience was evident as he skillfully addressed my forehead dent and enhanced the shape of my chin, making it sharper and more aesthetically pleasing. Now, a week post-treatment, I am extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Gordon to anyone seeking professional facial treatments. Helen Demedici Under qualified Dr. Ashley who was sent by the Medical Board to further education in 2023 at his age. I wasted nearly $10Ks for my eyelid surgery at Me Clinic just to get to a really qualified professional who concluded I’d needed an eyelid surgery because of the Dr. Ashley absolute disgraceful performance. It’s also the clinic illegally drawn out $5,000 out of my bank account and kept it for 5 months with absolutely no reason, thank God my accountant questioned this transaction, the clinic returned the money saying “they’ve made a mistake “…. Scam.

Raha HS I’ve been going to salon 460 for years now. Zahra is fantastic. People always ask me all the time where I get my hair cut and coloured . I love the friendly feel at the salon. walk out looking and feeling fabulous every time.The scalp massage and tea and chocolate are a great touch. Looking forward to going back. Highly recommended.

Jessica Wilus The ladies were very kind, sociable and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. I informed them that I had some work to do and they provided me with a lap cushion so that Id be able to type more comfortably while they were highlighting my hair, which I really appreciated. I also really appreciated the care with which they washed my hair - really careful not to allow water to drip down my face, into my ears, or onto my clothes. As someone with really long hair I know some stylists can get frustrated with how tangly it is after washing it; they were so patient and gentle with the detangling process !!! (This is usually what damages my hair since its so fine.) They were also very understanding with my anxiety when it came to cutting length off. I am so happy with the result, the experience and the color came our exactly like the photo I showed them :) It was worth the trip. These photos dont do it justice.

Orlen I’ve been coming to this place regularly to do my brows, not because they do an amazing job, but they got the job done. I had the worst experience yesterday with a staff who was really rough threading my brows. She tilted my head up by lifting my chin roughly and I felt a scratch from her sharp fingernail. While threading my brows she was also busy talking to the other staff. The cherry on top was the state of my face after the job was done (photo attached). The staff didn’t clean my face at all and overall service duration was under 5 mins. I felt so rushed when they weren’t even busy! Unacceptable customer service and I will never go back there.

S Goenka I visited this salon on 25-May around 1:30pm to get my eyebrows threaded, but I left feeling bruised and upset. The threader was incredibly tight, and I could feel something sharp poking into my skin. As the pain intensified, I asked for a mirror to check, and there was clearly a bruise. When confronted, she responded very politely, saying, “It happens, it will go away in two days.” I was shocked and disbelieving. How could she not understand the pain I was in? If I didn’t want beautiful eyebrows, I could have left with bushy ones. Why would I come here to get an ugly bruise? There was no remorse whatsoever from her, as if it was something regular to happen. I was upset and didn’t want to pay, so she started arguing and threatened to call security. First, she blamed me for abusing the staff, and then she started swearing. I suppose she had abused me first by bruising my face. Then, she called me mentally ill. It was too much for me, and I left after paying. Pretty sure I am not the first unhappy customer. I’m definitely not returning to this salon.

But this Monday when I came into to do my upper lip and eyebrow the lady finished pretty soon and when I got home and checked my upper lip there was so many hairs left on my lip and nothing had been taken out.

I paid $55 for a full face thread, but the service was not up to standard. Areas like my nose, cheekbones, and other spots were not done properly, and it felt rushed and incomplete. I honestly feel like I paid for something I didn’t receive. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place based on this experience.
