Jessica Nguyen Best lash tech in the west! I’ve been seeing B every 2 weeks for the last 4 years and it has been an amazing experience. She is not only efficient but does the lash sets beautifully and evenly. Lash retention has also been great and B doesn’t use huge clumps of glue. I always leave with no irritation to my eyes and feeling happy with my lashes. B also has many different lash types and designs. I recently got a lash design with pink butterflies in my black and blue lashes (see picture attached).

T D Worst set of sns nails my friend and I have ever gotten and it took her 3 hours to our nails. She kept making mistakes and still charged us for it even though they werent good and we had to wait so long as it waa just her but we had to go back to work so couldnt wait any longer as we were expecting to only be rhere for max an hour. Its been 4 days and my nails are already cracked and they are so thick as she kept putting extra layers and didnt file it back down so they look big and like bulbs.

I love getting fun designs I find on Pinterest and the staff always do such a wonderful job helping me pick colours and replicating the design. Their attention to detail is next level. The shop is clean, relaxing and there’s always plenty of parking. I have never waited longer than max 15 minutes when busy and the customer service is just fab. Monica Zelada I’ve been to this hidden gem a couple of times to get my tattoos and the service was great, the staff are so nice and the aesthetic of the place is beautiful. I will keep coming back to get more fine line tattoos and possibly try out some of there other services :) I highly recommend coming here for fine line tattoos. The owner Dee is really nice and friendly and does a great job with fine line tattoos and providing a comfortable experience.

She takes good care of my lashes and always ensure that they compliment the shape of my eyes. The studio itself is welcoming, clean and all their staff are so friendly. Punam Dahiya Sonia did my hair colour yesterday and I am really happy with the results. She chose amazing products and the perfect colour for my hair and skin tone. The best part was, all the products were plant based and that made a huge difference to the quality of my hair. She is very professional and courteous. Overall, very happy with the service and the quality of work.

Steffi I did my nanoplasty keratin hair permanent straightening in this salon. I had a very bad experience. My hair got dry, damaged and still wavy underneath. FYI this result was seen straight away, just in a few days. I did everything they told me even used the hair masked I bought from them but still, my hair was super dry and brittle! The smell of may hair after couple of wash smelt burned. I was stressing everyday and all they told me is if I use Garnier products and that hair mask I bought from them ($50), hair will restore. But no, no! Nothing happened. I politely asked if I can get even HALF OF REFUND because I paid 380 for my hair to get done. My hair is not that bad and only the growth needs to be touched on. Anyway, they only offered treatment which is not fair for me as I DO NOT TRUST THEM anymore! I did not accept the option they told me and won’t bother about refund. I was so upset and heartbroken. I waited a year to make sure my hair is in condition to redo it. All this time, effort and money wasted made me so stressed out! Fast forward, I went to another hairdresser and she told me my hair got damaged and yes! Not done properly as too much curves underneath. She restored my hair as best as she could and I feel better now. Even if I had to pay another cost, I was alright because at least the new hairdresser knows what she was doing.

Zubee Naveed A month ago I got the hair treatment specifically nanoplastic, after 2 weeks my hairs gone back to what I had before (frizzy hair) and tried to engage the owner/stylist “Sonia and her sister”, first they acknowledged and asked to visit again but because I live far from their salon and also work during weekdays and she knows my request to accomodate me during weekends, which she always does when she needs business. Despite asking her to book and fix the blunder she made, first she showed attitude and then stopped attending my calls. The point of giving her the review is what her behaviour was and she knows that I drove one hour to get her services where she didn’t do well and then ignored me because I wanted to get that fixed. In my experience, she is not recommended, I rather to go to any nearby salon than coming to her.

When I got home I couldn’t believe how great my body felt, pain and knot free, super relaxed. It’s a no frills place but that doesn’t bother me as the quality of the treatment was top notch.

It was so relaxing & amazing. My feet feel fantastic Thanks so much. I really enjoyed this visit

Justin You getting more for what you pay for. I had the 1 hour deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy and cupping. The place is clean and appealing. My massage was excellent as I have a lot of knots in my back so it felt amazing afterwards. Will 100% go back again. I will recommend to friends and family.

Nina Warren The best nail place I’ve ever been to!!!! I got my formal nails done there as a walk appointment. I only had to wait 15mins and she let me sit in the massage chair while I waited. She was so nice, friendly and amazing communication! She asked during every step my input, if it was the right length, shape, colour ect. She took on feedback very well and was able to make my vision come to life. Communication when getting my nails done is a must for me and she was the best at this. Not only this but she was extremely talented! She was able to complete my nail set in 1 hour and completely matched my inspiration photos. She’s very reasonably priced too! I was telling her about my birthday coming up so she gave me a little discount! So grateful! Definitely go here you will not regret it! 100000% recommend.

Chloe Karuehanon *edit* I don’t know how to reply to owner’s comment but it was the right shop. It’s near Footscray market and I did my nail with a short-hair lady. I came here once and the first time was great service so I decided to come back but it was different lady. Not quite happy with the service this time. Asked for colour recommendation and got “up to you” as an answer then I showed her a picture but she kept talking to her co-worker in her language instead of me so I didn’t know what was going on. Eventually, she recommended one colour but it looks much darker and totally different from what I showed her. I don’t blame her for this since she is not colour specialist. However when I ask to change colour she looked a bit unhappy and constantly talked to her coworker in her language again which make me a bit uncomfortable. The finish look was not neat. Especially my toenail I can see some scratches and the colour is slightly different from others. Overall it looks good from afar but I not completely happy with what I paid for.

Although after recently going I was very disappointed, it was over priced and had a long wait period, it took 3 hours to get an infill and a pedicure. Along with this the gel nail polish chipped/peeled off after only a couple of days. Would not recommend.

The service was amazing, and all the girls were so lovely. I had never has SNS on my own nails before and told her I didn’t want it thick and she was great. Tres A Sunny is one of the best nail technician I have met over 20 years of having my nails done. She is highly attention to detail, my nails always looks natural and long lasting. I would highly recommend her and I have to say the Salon is very lucky to have her on their team!
