Scott Lascelles I was a regular patient of Julian’s about 10 years ago, when I lived in North Melbourne. I changed dental practices only after I moved further away and had simultaneously changed to a health insurance provider which had its own dental clinics. My new provider only seemed to do the bare minimum (scale and clean) every six months, and I don’t think I had any preventative work done in the entire time I was their patient (probably because of Julian’s excellent preventative care prior!). I have recently returned to become a patient of Julian’s again, as I found he has always provided (and continues to provide) excellent care. Julian is always cheery, it’s always a pleasant experience and I know and trust that he takes my oral health seriously. I’m more confident now that I have returned to Julian’s care that my teeth are being looked after by a highly-trained professional with the ‘big picture’ in mind, rather than a health-fund appointed dentist only interested in churning through as many patients in a day as possible. Darren W Had xrays done here. While the staff were friendly and helpfull. The premise seemed rundown and unkept. Also multiple requests to have xrays transfered to my regular dentist were ignored. Resulting in the need for more xrays to be done.

Nomer Vitalicio Don’t be fooled by the facade of this practice; I wouldn’t trade it for fancy dental offices with all the bells and whistles. I find that other dental practices are pushy with their services; this practice will only recommend what is necessary for your dental health; no excessive x-rays and redundant services. Dr. Sunny Leow is an excellent dentist, explaining all the details that go into dental procedures. I found her very helpful, gentle, and knowledgeable.

Dee S. I went in for a teeth cleaning, and although the final result was good, the dentist was not gentle enough so it was not a pleasant experience. Also, she didnt do the flossing at the end of the cleaning to remove build up between the teeth as a result of the clean, which is unusual - at home when I tried to floss, the string kept breaking and getting stuck between my teeth. I would not return for a repeat treatment because of these two things- cleaning incomplete due to not doing the flossing and not gentle enough.

Kitty Mo Went for a regular clean. It’s a very basic clinic where there’s no sink for you to spit. They gave me a tiny cup size like a shot glass to spit. I am quite surprised it’s ok to not have a sink in a dental practice. Very standard clean, no flossing like the other review stated. I will not book a repeat appointment. My experience isn’t a 4-star like most of other reviews here. I guess the cost is the upside, budget friendly.

Sweet Apple Dr. Rita Bruozis is one of the most caring and gentle dentist Ive known. I had a terrible phobia before I walked into her office one year ago. From the very beginning, I felt secure in her hands because of her genuine concern for my well being. Her and her dental assistant Sue are wonderful.

Yang Gao I had all 4 of my first premolar extractions done by Dr. Rita today. Dr. Rita was so gentle and genuinely concerning for my feelings during the procedure. Ive been through many dental clinics throughout Canada, and Australia, and I must say, Dr. Rita is my favourite dentist. The clinic is not as fancy as those big corp dental offices, but I felt more comfortable with Dental On Victoria than any of the other general dental offices around the city. Its the people of Dental On Victoria, theyre professional, genuine, and caring. In addition, Sonia, the officer manager was also lovely in assisting with my schedules, needs and price concerns. Ive already recommended my friends to come to Dr.Rita for all their dental concerns and I will be back to Dr.Rita for all my future cleaning and regular checkups.
