In response to my original review detailing their last-minute cancellation, the clinics management contacted me with an extreme response. Instead of addressing the concerns raised, they aggressively told me that they no longer wish to serve me as a patient and suggested I seek dental care elsewhere.
Instead of attempting to understand the customers perspective, they chose to react dismissively. Really disappointed by clinics behavior both in their initial appointment cancellation and subsequent customer interaction.

Extremely disappointed with this clinics handling of appointments. I had scheduled my sons regular dental checkup for Saturday and arranged our entire day around this appointment. To our shock, we received a cancellation message merely 1 hour before the scheduled time. My multiple attempts to reach the clinic went straight to voicemail, and they only returned my call after 15-20 minutes.
When they finally called back, I was simply informed that the doctor was very busy for the rest of the month and they couldnt offer comparable time slots for rescheduling. This last-minute cancellation forced us to seek emergency care at another dental clinic, resulting in higher out-of-pocket expenses.
The irony is that this same clinic charges patients a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. However, when they cancel on patients with just an hours notice, theres apparently no accountability or compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs incurred by patients.
This behavior not only disrupted our entire day but also resulted in unnecessary financial burden.
