As someone who struggles with anxiety, I was incredibly apprehensive about my procedure. From the very moment I walked in and was met by Amy at reception with her warm welcoming presence, I felt a sense of calm. The clinic treatment room itself was very generous in size, fresh and modern, and very clean and sterile. I’ve visited other clinics where the outdated rooms were confined and stuffy which adds another daunting element to the experience for an already anxious person. In contrast this was very pleasant and climate controlled with your total comfort in mind. During my procedure, Dr Prabh Sidhu took the time to explain the entire process, addressing all of my concerns with patience and clarity. This thoughtful communication style ensured that I felt well-informed and confident moving forward. Due to being resistant to local anaesthesia, the extraction itself posed some challenges. In spite of this I felt completely assured and supported throughout my procedure by both Dr Prabh and her assistant, who continuously checked in with me to ensure I was always comfortable and relaxed. To my relief, Dr Prabh’s skill and precision meant the extraction was a complete success with minimal discomfort. Post-procedure, I was provided with comprehensive aftercare instructions, and even received a follow up call by Amy to check in with me during my recovery and answer any questions. This thoughtful, attentive care has made my recovery smooth and stress-free. Overall, I genuinely appreciate the attention to detail and personalised care I received from start to finish. It’s truly a team effort that didn’t go unnoticed. My experience was nothing short of outstanding and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking not only excellent dental care but also a genuine empathetic and meticulous approach to patient comfort and well-being.

Serena Keller Reception is fantastic, always welcoming and detail oriented. The teeth cleaning service its self is satisfactory, however the other staff including dentist have no social politeness, do not welcome nor engage the patient besides a sit down. They barely explain what they are doing or when they are about to touch you. There is also no where to put your things other than a spare chair. Fine for emergencies, but would not recommend for ongoing service.

I’ve had my first appointment; was greeted by name by Mr Boon as soon as I walked through the door; super friendly staff, easy going and very welcoming and Dr Jeff Lim was very professional, thorough and patient. He was gentle but firm and allowed me to ask questions afterwards and his answers were very very clear and precise. I would recommend this dentist surgery to anyone and everyone in the area who are nervous or anxious and needs to feel safe, secure and looked after with upmost respect. The pricing was very fair and they quote you before any work is done and they give you an opportunity to think about it; there’s no pressure to say yes or no which I really appreciated!!! Worth a visit if you value your dental hygiene and want top service with a smile!

No appointment needed & Being open to 10pm and having a pharmacy on site has saved me multiple times from sitting in the emergency department all night. Sometimes wait times can be heafty and frustrating but sometimes you can be in and out quickly. Ive always had a positive experience with our medical home so thank you! Feeling grateful tonight that my child was able to be seen at late notice quickly before closing and I was able to get her the help she needed.

Stella Fili This doctors is so convenient for time as it’s after your 9-5 work ours with a chemist on ground floor. But the receptionist….I mean the receptionist is absolutely disgusting. A line waiting at the desk almost out the door and she’s having a snack, eating and talking with her colleague with everyone hearing the whole conversation. Just for her to come out and tell me the app is incorrect and inconvenient, this is the 3rd time now the app is incorrect and what you are portraying to your customers and patients is incorrect. This lady had vicious attitude and should not be working in a customer service role as we watched her get through the line almost dropping a lady’s phone out of carelessness, yell at a patient, rudely tell everyone to go on the app like she isn’t getting paid to be a receptionist and assist those who don’t know how to use technology as majority were elderly. Pure disgust and this lady should be let go. You would be doing the community a favour…

I love the chemist and pathology are all in the one establishment and that the hours are outside of normal business hours!

Cassie S The receptionists were really lovely and super helpful. The doctor was nice and saw me with a minimal wait time as my issue was a priority. The nurse backed up the doctor and checked my records to make sure I wouldn’t have any unnecessary medication. Great place and would go to again.

Kyra Houghton Have been to this clinic twice. First time was great, and saw Dr Jude Mendis, who was very empathetic, understanding and lovely. This second time round I saw Dr Logan Poopalapillai as I have been having lung issues the last three weeks, been prescribed two lots of antibiotics from my regular doctor. Explained had issues breathing, lungs are sore, mentioned I have issues with chronic anxiety (which I am acutely aware of and is stabilized). He told me he believes I am imagining its but gave me a chest X-ray just in case. If I had energy in me and wasnt in pain because of my lungs, I would have clapped back. My partner has been up with me on nights when I have been coughing and in pain ect. To be dismissed like this is crazy to me! I dont believe it wouldve been said to a man, and not only that if I didnt mention I have anxiety. I am sooo aware of myself and my body. Dr poop needs to listen more and have empathy, instead of assuming and diminishing a patients experience. I will end with a positive note, the system is great and the online system is easy to access. Dr Jude was also great last time I saw him and the facility itself is very useful, being everything in the same place. For Dr poop, do better!
