Vicki and her team made me feel so special excited with me for the wedding. She did an amazing job with my hair....it stayed curled and in place all day and night.

Vatsala Extremely disappointed and feel completely misled. As a content creator, I was invited to the salon and offered complimentary nail services for a year in exchange for promoting them on my social media. This was a mutual agreement made during my visit. I followed through on my part and posted about the salon as discussed. However, when I reached out to book my next appointment (as I was instructed to do in advance), I was told no such agreement existed and that it was all a “misunderstanding,” possibly due to a language barrier. This response was not only unprofessional but also dishonest. It’s incredibly frustrating to be taken advantage of like this. I gave them visibility and support in good faith, only to be gaslit and dismissed when it was time for them to uphold their end of the deal. Would not recommend working with this business in any professional capacity. ————————————————— Update in response to the business reply: Your response is completely untrue and does not reflect what was communicated to me. Yes, the first visit was complimentary, but during my appointment, I was clearly told by the owner that I could continue getting my nails done for free for a year in exchange for posting about your salon. When I asked again to confirm, I was told, “Yes, you can come in anytime, just let us know in advance.” At no point was it mentioned that this was a one-time gesture or that any ongoing collaboration would be reviewed or reconsidered based on the outcome of the first visit. I was not asked to post anything during the first visit, yet I still mentioned the salon on my Instagram stories as a gesture of goodwill. It’s disappointing to now see you denying what was said face-to-face and rewriting the situation entirely. I’m sharing this so the truth is clear from my side.

Lyn S I really wanted to write a good review about this salon but I’ve had such a disappointing experience. Myself and my 2 daughters went on Mother’s Day to have a pedicure, manicure and shellac polish. Within a couple of days the polish on one of my nails started to crack and peel. Then one of my daughters polish started doing the same thing. I went back and got that nail fixed. A few days later another couple of nails started to crack and peel. I tried to go back on the Sunday but the salon had closed early. I went back today and was told that shellac only lasts 7-10 days and that it comes off because of doing cleaning. My daughter is 16 and as a typical teenager she definitely doesn’t do any cleaning and yet her nails peeled off worse than mine. The polish seemed very thin and see through. My other daughter also got an infected toe nail. I have had my nails done with shellac many times and it’s never only lasted a week to 10 days. It always lasts much longer than that. The salon looks quite new and very fresh but unfortunately I would not recommend getting your nails done there. ☹️

Ash Miller I havnt had my nails done for years and after seeing so many good reviews for Bayswater Nails I thought I would give them a go. Blown away by how good my nails came out! Family business and so friendly and helpful. The range of SNS colours can be overwhelming but the staff were very helpful in deciding the colour. If you want good quality nails for a fairly reasonable price I would give them a try. 10/10 2022 back to Baysy Nails for my birthday, love it, the range of colours is endless, I went bright this time!!

Janelle Sayce Was not home at set time for booked appointment, run 10-15 minutes late. I felt she was disorganised and when I chose a colour didnt know where it was. Took 1.5 hours to do nails which also cost a lot more than other places I have been too.

Miss C James I have been going to this beautiful lady for 7 years. The most down to earth person and very welcoming every time I walk in. Best of all she dose awesome nails and toes. I wont go anywhere else. If you book her you wont be disappointed, I promise that!!!

Laila Hamad I used to go here a couple of times and I noticed that the owner was quite rude and when she was on the phone to someone I don’t know who a lot of swearing I didn’t like it. And also very uncomfortable feeling Her kids are so loud and noisy. I remember when I was there once and the kids were constantly coming in when I was getting nails done Found it really unprofessional. This lady is very rude too. She was constantly being rude about my weight and size and she just kept saying to me. When are you going to lose weight? I don’t like to hear that. That’s quite rude unprofessional and will never go back to this salon ever again. you do not speak to your clints like that and I’ve never been back since last time I went it was over probably six years ago. I forgot to put a review down But there you go, he’s a review now. I don’t care how long it’s been but would never recommend the salon.
