Melissa Tan Wendi is the only lash technician I will allow to do my lashes! After trying several places around Melbourne, I’m so happy to have found Bliss Lashes. They are in my opinion and experience, really just the best! I’ve always received compliments on how natural my lashes look and have been going to this place for years. Thanks Wendi and team!

Kirsty Henrichs Think twice before booking here. At first, my lashes looked great, but I later realized they had been applied incorrectly. They were sore, uncomfortable, and not what I had requested—I asked for a straight, natural look, but they were overly glam, curved, and had a cat-eye effect. When I raised my concerns with Wendi, instead of addressing the issue, she insisted that she had delivered what I asked for and refused to correct the mistake. I ultimately had to go to another lash tech for removal. The lashes had been placed too close to the lash line, causing pain and redness. Right after the lashes were applied I got a migraine. Once they were removed, the relief was immediate. Night and day! I understand mistakes happen, that’s understandable and part of life. However, what prompted me to write this review was Wendi’s response. Rather than taking accountability or offering a solution, she was dismissive and manipulative. Trying to make out that I had just made a bad choice. It was disappointing and unprofessional. On a positive note, I found an amazing alternative! Dr. Lash at Emporium was fantastic. Ask for Amy—she’s kind, skilled, and truly cares about her clients. So professional. If you unfortunately find yourself in the same situation, I Highly recommend this clinic. They were wonderful!

Emily Q Absolutely love my lashes! Wendi always listens to my preferences, I always prefer something more natural but not too few lashes and Wendi always delivers perfect results. Wendi is absolutely lovely and the salon is so cute and cozy too! I visit her almost every 2-3 weeks and would definitely recommend her to everyone! :)

Melody Zhou I had the honour of getting my nails done at HNail Salon. Mia served me and she was very professional. From me showing her the final product I anticipated, to the final nail procedure. The colours were vibrant, sparkly and full of delicate hand work. Exactly what you would anticipate from a nail artist at a nail salon. The music is calming and therapeutic, the studio itself is neatly presented and its a sweet edition that the studio also has the capacity to offer tea and biscuits to its customers as well as some delicate Japanese treats. Couldnt recommend the Salon enough.

Rima Ibrahim Since finding Riri and her beautiful team I will never go anywhere else! Their attention to detail and precision is unmatched. My nails are strong and healthy and I get the prettiest and most unique designs. Unlike SNS and gels, they never lift or chip which means I dont need to go every two weeks (although I wish I could so I could get something new every two weeks)!

Anthea Yerondais My nails have never been healthier. Shellac and SNS destroyed my nails and since going to Nails by Riri my nails are long and strong as well as always looking amazing. I get so many compliments every time I get my nails done and I have never left the salon disappointed. My biggest problem now is deciding on a design! Riri and Momo are so kind and lovely and are truly artists - their work is outstanding and they take such care with both the health of my nails and the designs they do. I will never go anywhere else.

Sally Yu Riri has great attention to detail and really takes her time to care for your nails as well as ensure the manicure looks great. Ive had so many compliments on my nails. Its been almost 5 weeks since I had my nails done and they are still perfect (besides them being outgrown). No chipping or anything and my nails are so strong. My nails are the longest theyve ever been as the Japanese gel allows it to grow out. So glad to have found this salon!

Krystle Galanos Brenda is an amazing and highly experienced Lash Technician! I have been going to her for many years now. She is so lovely and accommodating. She always applies my lashes perfectly and I have never had any reactions. Her lashes are of the highest quality and her artistry is perfect! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes that’s for sure!!

Youstina Attalla Brenda is amazing! Her knowledge and passion in skin shows with her treatments! I have also been getting lashed from her for 5 years now and her work is amazing! My skin and lashes always look amazing after my visit!

Tania Woodvine Brendas work is outstanding. Easy to wear, easy to maintain day to day. Brenda has been doing my eyelash extensions for nearly 7 years, and I would hate to go anywhere else.

Monique Ruta Disastrous and disappointing. Asked for a lash lift. My long natural lashes were curled into my eyelids. Over-curled and over-processed. My natural lashes are ruined and look like shriveled up dead spiders. Cannot undo this damage. My lashes are completely ruined and now I have to wait months for them to regrow. Not only was that upsetting, but instead of being concerned, Brenda said how dare I criticize her work. She could not apologize for her mistake and take on feedback. Inexperienced and unprofessional. Extremely upsetting. Never again I did indeed request a dramatic look. I said long and glam. I was not expecting that that meant to be curled into the back of my eyes making my lashes appear like they have shrunk. As an experienced technician I would have assumed that Brenda would want to accentuate the natural lashes however what was done was the opposite. And then Brenda proceeded to blame me for her mistake. I tried oil as advised and that did not help. I spoke to several experienced lash techs who all said the same thing - that the lashes are over curled and over processed. Oil cannot fix that. I have had to pay to get my lashes chemically straightened to make them look somewhat more normal again. Instead of trying to rectify the problem, Brenda told be because I was unhappy with her work she does not want to see me again. And further more sent me several abusive messages which I found absolutely unprofessional and appalling.

Nisa m 5 stars for Kamelia for her Balinese massage services! I am not joking when I say that after the massage, I felt like I had a different body. It was very calming & nice environment. She made me nice herbal drink too. She is humble, considerate & will consistently ask you how youre feeling. But if shes seeing youre relaxed, she wont disturb you. Its a pleasant experience. Will surely come again & be a regular :)

Daniella T I have had over 5 consults around Melbourne prior to choosing someone to perform fillers on my face due to health risks that I have being blind in one eye. Danielle was easily the most knowledgeable about the safest procedures - as she was a theatric nurse. Not only is her medical knowledge impressive but she is also like an artist. Everything about Laser Therapeutics is welcoming, from the informative website, stylish waiting area and the warm reception you receive from Jackie who manages the front desk. There is never anything that seems too much trouble for the team here, they are always willing to work around your schedule and are flexible to rebook appointments when of course unexpected things pop up. My first session started with Danielle giving me a comprehensive guide about the process of laser hair removal and she answered all the questions I had thoroughly. Her straight talking honest approach, coupled with her medical background of being a registered nurse was certainly comforting. I am absolutely loving the results I am seeing, and questioning why I didnt start the process before. I recently recommended Laser Therapeutics to a work colleague and I am so glad I did, she also cannot stop raving about Danielle and her excellent work!

Barbara Christie Nice lady BUT shocking ability to cut hair. I felt as if I was being rushed through as the haircut took a scant 5 or so minutes. A few days later, I realised that my hair had been cut unevenly and had bits which hadnt been cut at all and therefore looked very out of place. To make matters worse, I was having my drivers licence picture taken later that day before I realised how bad my hair was cut and now I have to put up with an awful picture on my licence for the next few years. Not happy at all.

Victor One of the best haircut Ive ever get. Shes really nice and know what shes doing. I got my hair cut quick and well done. Worth checking out if you have never try.

Linda Hatty NOT ROCOMMENDED. Lovely older lady but cant cut to save herself. Crooked fringe, forgot to cut 1 side and the back is all over the place. I explained I needed to be able to put it up as i do labour work and she took way too much off. I had med/long hair now Im just above the collar. No refund but offered to fix it. Get real. 1 star for the offer.

jacqui mithen Would not recommend. The woman made racist remarks after I told her I lived in Darwin. They had no idea how to do the basic style I requested. Smelt of cigarette smoke.
