Desne Octigan I just had the worst manicure I have ever had. I was there for 2 hours. Firstly the most junior member started to remove the build a gel and shaved them down 3 times and burnt me with the electric nail file. Then another member cut my nails roughly, once again burnt me with the electric filer then walked off without saying a word. Then the most senior member commenced with the build a gel. But left so she could wax someone. She then returned and rushed through the French manicure. I normally have my manicure in Brunswick & Fairfield and Got you Nails & beauty are charging $25 more and not half the quality. The most frustrating part was how rough they were and pushed and shoved rather than using their words.

Amber Addison After half hour wait with appointment, got shuffled around seats like a speed date. They were full house and just kept taking walk-ins telling them 30 min come back, when they did they waited another 30 min. Nails rushed, rough, and thick...could not communicate well. Never again will l go back.

Chris Miller Sad to say the standard has gone down. I have naturally long strong nails and the staff need to learn how to cut nails. Also had the technician put the cuticle oil on the nails before they were dry...l have been going there for 5 years but not happy lately. SNS not on sides of nail..my nails are rounded. I prefer a senior technician now . After all these years it would be nice to be acknowledged

Kendall Chadwick The worst manicure I’ve ever received, and I paid $75 for it. Truly awful customer service, rough nail “technicians” who act like you’re putting them out if you ask them to fix up any errors. If I’m paying for a service, I expect to receive that service. Save your money and go across the road to the nail shop next to coles. Cheaper and much better.

Sarah Enn Had a horrible experience at this nail salon. It was my first time here and wanted to get a pedicure with normal polish. I arrived around 5pm and there was no customers inside. Firstly she didn’t appear friendly, not even a hello. Just told me to sit down and started her pedicure on me. She started cutting the length of my toenails and was quite rough. She then proceeded to cut the corners of my big toenails and yanked the piece that was cut. It felt like she ripped my nails out of my skin. I flinched and she just ignored my reaction and kept cutting. I think a normal person would respond to that reaction and to make sure the customer was okay… I told her at the end that my right big toe is now bleeding and she just looked at me blankly saying “it’s okay, just don’t touch the colour because it still wet”. I was just shocked that she didn’t even acknowledge my concern. So I just got up and paid (cash). It was stingy the rest of the day and night. Next day I was really shocked at the sight of my right big toe. The photo attached shows the left corner of my toe red, and oozing with blood serum (clear like fluid/pus). It is still sore to the touch and is inflamed. I will be contacting my local GP soon to make sure it won’t get any worse. Do not ever go to this nail salon. Highly unprofessional and most likely, staff are not professionally trained.
