Rosy Movement - VIC

Amanda Berry Alannah isn’t your regular Pilates teacher, she’s inclusive, kind and intuitively knows when and how to push you to reach your goals. She also has an innate understanding of the times your body needs a more restful, juicy, stretchy practice. Her classes are totally tailored and I trust her guidance implicitly! I always feel better after time spent with Alannah and Bear.

Dynamic Pilates - Manly - VIC

Karol Garcia I’ve attended to Dynamic Pilates for the last 7 years and I can not recommend it enough, the best equipment and the standard/level of instructors is very high, no matter who teaches you they are all equally great. Gemma has done a fantastic job making sure of having just highly qualified instructors working at the studio.

樱木花 26/6/25 Very happy with the In-Body scan service the gym is providing. It gives you breakdown of your lean muscle and body fat in kilos and %. But suggest rough estimate of calories burnt for different exercises. Currently on promo for $10 - check in with Ebony our gym manager. 20/6/25 Update after 2 years. Yes I am still here as a member. Still enjoying my workout here. We have a new but not so new gym manager Ebony. She’s great. Always friendly and ready to have a chat or answer questions. Some equipments did move places to have more space or easy access of usage. Also, the smith machine moved after some really strong members used it over weeks. Spoke to Andrew our home gym PT. It’s was adjusted that very day so members could have the barbell balance properly over traps etc. Andrew has been here since forever. If you need advice, speak to Andrew. Have a few sessions with him to train right and properly. Had been a member here since they started here. Gym had renovated or reorganised a couple of times but still as good as it looks. Many managers come and go and they are all friendly and helpful. Our current manager Tristan is great. If you need help or advice, just speak to him. If he is not in, send him a text and you would definitely get a response. The gym equipments are well maintained and there’s something for everyone. Free weights, stations, cardio machines, stretching mats, etc. need a PT, recommendation for one, speak to Tristan. Overall, great gym to work out. Most non peak times you might get the whole gym to yourself. However during peak hours, you would still get to use most equipments, most gym members here are friendly and accommodating. If you have problems with stairs, facing hungry jacks Jetts has a lift!
