William Sundaram The staff at this store have amazing customer service and are really nice. I click and collected something in the morning but when I got there it hadn’t arrived yet. Despite that the staff still did what they could to help me get the product and I’m really thankful of that.

FZ LM The jeweller that runs the place is a legend in the area and for good reason. Went to the top jewellery shops from Auburn to Paramatta and around and they couldnt make the custom ring I wanted. They said it was too complex. The jeweller here looked at it and said, "easy Ive made that before". I was expecting a hefty charge due to the high status of the shop, but this custom ring was cheaper than the standard options offered at other shops. Definitely gonna give him custom designs and they have a massive selection of natural gemstones.

Lex This is a great shop. The owner is an enthusiast and has tons of information, I love having a chat. I have bought a few watches and the service is first class. I prefer to buy in person but this time I purchased online, they have a great returns policy and the watch was sent the same day to arrive the next! I cannot praise them enough!

Susan Miles Over a year ago when I was leaving Victoria I visited Mr Benjamin. He and his associates were absolutely delightful. I was treated with curtesy and kindness by two very knowledgeable gentlemen. The help I received was above and beyond any expectations and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’m just sorry I now live so far away. I love the jewellery that I purchased. It is exceptional in all ways and quite unique. I am an experienced shopper and this shopping was a delight.
