Angela Boutique PT/functional training gym. I am yet to see a bro or hear much grunting. Yoga instructor is awesome. I train with a goal to improve my mental health. I see Ben three times a week. It is a huge well ventilated factory, I have never seen it crowded. There are small group training sessions for the more social peeps. Kid and dog friendly.

CONDITN Training North Sydney - VIC

CC W Highly recommend Conditn North Sydney. The trainers are very dedicated, showing genuine care, correcting/ improving your form, especially Vania. She was very friendly, even though we were new to the studio and dropping in. She treated regular members and newbies (including visitors) with equal amount of care and attention. This is an inclusive and welcoming studio for all walks, all ages, whether you are really fit or starting out. Studio is conveniently located near to Victoria Cross metro station - few min walk.

Anastasia Reda After having 3 kids in 3 years, I felt very insecure and down. I wasnt comfortable in my body any more. I started going to a gym, but after a year and a half, I barely saw any results..... until I started with Tiff! She has pushed my body to reach levels I never knew it could reach. The change I have seen in only 3 months is phenomenal! The best female fitness studio in Sydney! Tiff is encouraging and challenges me to reach goals i never knew possible. Great atmosphere, good vibes, body enhancing work outs, motivating me to be the best I can be. Its an addiction!

Holistic Physio Fitness - VIC

Philippa Byers I have been attending two classes a week for over two years with Patrick. I have become stronger and have had no injuries because of Patricks oversight. He checks in with how people are feeling and adjusts the load accordingly, gradually timing weight bearing increases. The Maintenance classes combine balance, strength and cardio, and Patrick creates an encouraging, positive and happy atmosphere for all. Small classes are a bonus. I highly reccommend. I also highly recommend physiotherapist Craig, his one treatment and the exercises he gave my daughter for her back pain, appear to have sorted the problem.
