I had a really frustrating experience with Crunch Fitness recently. On the 17th, I called to request an invoice for my membership since I need it to submit for my office expenses. It’s now been over a week, and I’m still left hanging. Every time I called, it felt like I was talking to someone who didn’t want to help. Each person I spoke with seemed to argue rather than listen, and they all kept saying it was a "technical issue," which just felt like a way to brush me off.
I honestly don’t think it’s too much to ask for a simple invoice for something I’m already paying for. Its really disappointing that I can’t get the help I need, especially when it comes to money matters. This experience has been the worst I’ve had with customer service, and I’m really considering my options moving forward. If you need reliable support, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
I would suggest do not consider this Crunch fitness for your membership at all. U will definitely regret.
