I’m lucky to live in between the Malvern and Hampton studios. It’s so awesome to be able to choose with great variety in all studios so anyone can find what suits them. I love the high energy of my aerobics style classes (Gentle Movers with Karen at Hampton and 80s Dance Fit with Sharon at Malvern) mixed with the strengthening and toning of my barre class (with Nicola at Malvern). But then there are so many amazing other classes with Dezee, Suzie and more that I can choose if I can’t make it my regular ones. It is the most committed I have been to exercising in my entire adult life. Thank you Dance Dynamics!

The salsa dance instructor is exceptional really the best and the group is so friendly. The studio is really beautiful light and recently renovated. I can’t recommend them enough. Come and dance with us. ❤️
