A B A nice place to walk with access to the Thyne Reid boat shed and connecting to Burns Bay Reserve. A very nice walk around the water and a picnic in Burns Bay reserve. There is plenty of parking and is a short walk from Carisbrook house. You can also stop by Cunninghams reach then make your way back to Lane Cove.

Mark Mandel Was visiting Melbourne for a couple of months - the head coach was happy to have me join while I was in town. Did a slew of privates and also drop ins. First, everyone is super friendly from the top down. Great training partners who look out for each other and are just looking to get better. The head coach is also very skilled in what he does and how he teaches, Im super impressed. Seriously, check this gym out if you are looking to train at any level, itll be worth your while.

Veronica Racchi Kez is absolutely beautiful , warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was abit hesitant as never have done something like this. However Kez put together a suitable plan for me and I am so happy with my results so far in such a short amount of time. Her space is calming and safe. I am absolutely in love with the treatments and look forward to them every week. Highly recommend Forward Body Wellness !

Jenna Sonogan Melsways is an amazing gym, and caters to people with all levels of Muay Thai experience, from experienced to never having done it. The classes are well structured and a great balance between technique, fitness and fun. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, making for a wonderful environment where everyone supports each other.
