BFT Watsonia - VIC

Kathryn I’ve been a member at BFT for a year now and absolutely love it! One of the best parts is being able to move between studios—it’s super convenient—but Watsonia is by far my favourite. The trainers are all so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. I love the variety in the workouts—every session feels different and keeps things interesting. It’s such a great environment to train in, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated!

The Village Pilates & Yoga - VIC

Deborah Krasey Its been a while since I did any exercise due to an illness - however Polly is an amazing instructor - she knows how hard to push without injuring me and every class I feel I am a little fitter. The studio is lovely and new - will be coming back!

Maash Sports & Fitness - VIC

Rees Wilson A really great place to go to play squash. There are quite a few courts and a gym as well, as far as Im aware. My friends and I have been going here weekly for the past year and a half, and I have no complaints. It gets a bit busy around 6/7pm on a weeknight, but by 8pm we can usually get a court.

1FITCookie - VIC

Erin Pelquest-Hunt Mike is one fit cookie, and I’m on the way to becoming one myself! As a woman I have sometimes found myself feeling uncomfortable in gym settings but Mike is totally professional, offers great encouragement and delivers results. I feel more confident with my lifting, fitness has improved and I’m no longer getting the back pains I started out with. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
