Destiny Grounds Diellon is an exceptional coach that I am lucky to have! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their skills in martial arts or overall fitness. His dedication, knowledge, and teaching style are truly outstanding.

Jo Wolfenden Love this gym, even more so since the refurb. Amazing, friendly staff, The new treadmills arent great though as there is only a button to speed up or down and not a lever at the sides like most treadmill so I feel more vulnerable.

Take Aim Been going to Adonis Gym for a while now, unreal location and huge area. Easy to access equipment which is always clean. Both PTs there are exceptional, always happy to help. Wouldnt go anywhere else in Hamilton to hit your personal fitness goals!

Karen Sharland Andrew and Chloe have created such a warm, welcoming space and cater to all ages & abilities. You instantly feel a part of the BR family, the minute you walk through the doors. The other gym members are always encouraging of one another and there is definitely no room for big egos in this space. For the first time in my life, Im excited to get into the gym and dont dread it!! Highly recommend :)
