Kylie Lee I joined F45 in January 2024. Originally I joined for the flexibility of sessions but it has also increased my fitness so much. I love being able to have access to multiple session times each day and the online booking system is easy to use. Being able to train 7 days a week is amazing. I prefer the group fitness environment and F45 Doreen always brings the vibes. The trainers are always welcoming, helpful and push me to my limits.

Each piece of equipment has been tracked down and hand selected, which means this bespoke gym is the very best when it comes to caring for your body. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my fitness journey. Nick truly cares about each and every goal, and uses his facility and knowledge to get you past every plateau ever, and on to your best self.
