Caitlin Bruce Went into the store for a specific watch which they didn’t have in store. The lovely lady ordered it in from another store for me to come back and view which I did. I came back and bought it. It was a different person but she was just as lovely. Great people working there who made me feel comfortable asking questions and trying the watch on. Would recommend!

Rayna Blanchey Rita & Tina helped me so much! Not only were they super personable and friendly, but they also helped fix my ring that was severely damaged. They also have phenomenal options which I will definitely be considering when it’s time to upgrade! They also cleaned my ring as apart of the service and it was a day earlier than they told me it was ready!

Rebecca Marcella this is the best Lovisa store i’ve been to in terms of customer service i love the blonde girl that works here she’s so incredibly friendly and talkative. The best customer service i’ve ever encountered at a Lovisa store!
