1 /5 Steph Baker: Incompetence at its finest! Ordered 2 PANDORA rings back in early May of this year. With lots of excuses, blame games and phone calls later, I finally have my rings. It’s taken 6 MONTHS for them to get them in store.
First they ordered the wrong size. Second time the rings didn’t fit and I was told it’s “because I had lost weight”. Third time the rings came in from another local store and they sent the wrong size. Constantly I was told that they will be here within a week, with that ‘week’ never arriving. Called the owner of the store who told me they would order the correct size for me and to give them some time (3 weeks due to a current sale they had on) by the 4th week I finally got 1/2 of them, mind you I never got a call to say it was in, I had to chase it up myself.
By chance I went into the Hamilton store today and asked if it was in. It was, but the bag was unlabelled so they didn’t know who it belonged to. I ended up taking it, as it was my size.
Calling the highest form of management doesn’t do anything, they just sweet talk you and give you a very half -a s s e d apology, as well as a variety of excuses. No compensation for their constant muck around. Not even a small voucher as an act of good faith. Was told because I got the rings at a sale price that I get nothing. This whole experience and the customer service is an absolute joke.
Cut out the middle man and buy directly from the supplier, don’t waste your time with this store!
