5 /5 Rebecca Marcella: this is the best Lovisa store i’ve been to in terms of customer service i love the blonde girl that works here she’s so incredibly friendly and talkative. The best customer service i’ve ever encountered at a Lovisa store!

Tiana was incredibly helpful and excellent at providing me with numerous options that would work well with my style! I would highly recommend anyone visit this location!

5 /5 Kaz Lawner: I visited this store today at approximately 4:00 PM to browse for birthday gifts and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The tall young woman with blonde-brunette hair stood out in particular—she was impeccably presented, cheerful, and radiated positivity. It’s always refreshing to encounter such genuine, upbeat customer service. Because of her, I’m giving this experience a full five-star rating and will definitely be returning.

1 /5 Grace Andrews: If I could give 0 stars I would, I have been into this store 3 separate times, the first time the girl serving me was as rude while giving me change, acting like I couldn’t count, 6 months later I went back and the same girl was working she wasn’t impressed what I found something I liked just before I tapped my card, My most recent visit about 1 hour ago, SAME girl again she was incredibly rude when I said I didn’t want a receipt emailed to me, “well I’m just going to have to print you one then” then gave me my items basically rolling her eyes. This is by far the most worst Lovisa I have ever been to, I will not be returning which is a shame as I was just hoping she was having an off day, obviously not the case after reading other reviews. Managers should take a long hard look at the staff who are treating paying customers.
