1 /5 Nellie Benette: To the lady with blonde hair and brunette working on Friday night before mother’s day.. I honestly thought I would have a great experience there however, I had to stand around for 20 minutes waiting in the store to be served by one of you guys. Instead, you both chose to serve other people who came after me. There needs to be a proper system on who to serve first rather than, who comes up to you as I was not the only one waiting. I watched other people leave the store as you both decided to serve others who came after them as well. Oh, and I did come up to you to ask for your help, however, I was met with an index finger up and in my face, and told ‘one second’. Absolutely will not be coming back to this location.

1 /5 Aleks: I was extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time while others were served ahead of me, despite arriving earlier. A blonde staff member appeared uninterested in helping me and showed a clear lack of customer service skills. It felt as though she deliberately chose to serve others instead, which ultimately led me to leave without being helped. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable

Oh what a disaster I would have thought shopping at Pandora would be the best shopping experience but NO it was the worst experience I have ever had shopping. It all started with my daughter contacting the store to buy a particular ring for me to collect on my return to Ballarat in a few days ,but was told NO they dont take over the phone payment and they can only hold something for 2 days. When I visited the wendouree store to purchase the ring it was almost too much trouble to assist me After paying for the ring it was thrown in a bag and a ugly pink bow was half attached to the top but it did fall off before I got home I then enquired about a charm bracelet and some charms ,I felt it was like pulling teeth to get any info about the different bracelets and charms. I do like Pandora jewellery but I will never visit the wendouree store again. So disappointed with the young ladies attitude and felt she was not a asset to your business at all. There is so many people out there looking for employment and Im sure you could do better
