Lifecare Sylvania Heights Physiotherapy - VIC

David Lawson I have been attending Sylvania Heights Physiotherapy for many years for various injuries and in recent years to have one on one Pilates sessions with Chapman Li. My wife has recently joined me for Pilates. Chapman is a well credentialed and experienced Physiotherapist who takes great care to understand his patients issues and works diligently to provide solutions. I have also worked with Jade and Bree who are also extremely competent Physiotherapists. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone in need of Physiotherapy services.

Ringside Boxing - VIC

Hudson Berry Absolutely love this boxing gym! The trainers are super motivating and really know their stuff. Every session pushes you to your limits, but in the best way possible. The atmosphere is welcoming whether you’re a beginner or experienced fighter. The workouts are tough but rewarding — I’ve noticed huge improvements in my fitness and confidence. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get stronger and learn real boxing technique!
