1 /5 Dannielle Pearson: I cant speak for all staff, or the location as a whole but my experience with Lachlan was terrible and in my opinion not fit to be a physio without supervision. Upon my first consultation for my hip, Lachlan within three minutes had diagnosed me with an advanced stage 3 or likely stage 4 osteoarthritis, roughly 30 - 40 years ahead of my time. He noted I would likely be unable to walk in five years time and would require surgery. This was in the first three minutes before any real consult was completed. During the appointment, he accused me of training practices I dont engage in and his general tone was one of assumptions and admonishment. Upon getting a MRI and a second opinion, I was accurately "diagnosed" with a hip impingement, and no arthritis. With a prescription of exercises, I will be back to normal in 2 weeks. While Physios do not have a crystal ball they do have a responsibility to be consultative in their approach, restrained and humble. Lachlan was none of these things. I have ensured everyone I know avoids this practice and particularly Lachlan.
