1 /5 Erin Harper: Terribly rude customer service. We visited the brand new store and were shocked at how rude the lady that runs the store was. Kindness goes a long way and all we wanted to do was support their new venture. Very disappointing. Edit: I am not quite sure what you are referring to, as we definitely came within business hours and werent told the store wasnt opened? And please dont assume I do not have understanding towards your new venture, I did, but the rudeness you displayed is very off-putting. I wish you all the luck with your new business.

1 /5 Steven Smith: Just Don’t! My wife and I purchased nice (but very overpriced) items including earrings, a necklace and rings here. The lady was only helpful while she sold us the items and said if a ring needs resizing later it’s “not a problem”. After some poor communication, time wasting and rudeness we ended up leaving the ring for an adjustment (no charges mentioned) On arrival I was asked to pay $44 for adjustment and given no way of discussing the months of mucking us about and why it should be free. It was the final slap in the face. Selling items with mark ups like this mean customer service is so so important. I paid the money plus a credit card fee and moved on…and leave this review as a record to others. Please don’t make this situation about the jewellery that we obviously appreciate! It is simply about the store’s service and lack of communication …as we let you know of a potential sizing issue at time of purchase and also had contacted the store about a 3 weeks after purchase. This maybe forgotten? Anyway all the best and we will acknowledge all of our collective imperfections.

1 /5 Amanda Fisher: Interesting that I find I’m not the only one to post about the rudeness and poor attitude of the person.in the store today, Don’t take too many things into the change room, they didn’t like that… my sister and I won’t be revisiting!

5 /5 David Blair: What a wonderful, unique, eclectic treasure trove Pomme is. One of my favourite shops to buy gifts. Their support for the local artisans on the peninsula is superb and should be heavily supported.
