5 /5 Petar Jovicic: The staff were great. Patient with me while I decided on what to buy and trying things on. I ended going with a stainless steel silver dogtag and silver necklace. Wanted it engraved and didnt know if it was possible on the dogtag so the manager walked with me to the engraving place while we asked the question. Will be back for future purchases

5 /5 Sam Keir: Prouds has been a Southland staple since I can remember! Anyway looking for a small watch for gym and work and got it here and it was on sale for $50! So worthwhile to have a look and I remember buying my parents their 25th anniversary present here (dinner set, wine glasses, silver coasters and more all for a bargain price). I loved it and would now for me!

I was directed to Prouds by a girl who worked at Swarvoski in Chadstone, who said that Prouds still make gold hoop earrings. So one day when I was at Southland, I saw the Prouds store and ventured in. It just so happened that I was served by a beautiful young lady - Cassandra. She answered all my questions about the gold hoop earrings, along with some questions about silver hoop earrings. She carefully listened to what I wanted, and assisted me in making the right purchasing decision based on what I needed (and what would suit me). My experience with Cassandra made jewellery shopping so much more fun. Thank you!
