Julia Williams I have been a client of MTP health for over 7 years, commencing with their Hip and Knee program. I continue going because of the expertise of the exercise physiologists. I train mainly with Lachlan. He knows me and how I respond to exercises and designs great personalised programs that target my specific needs. And he mixes it up so that I never get bored with my program. I also enjoy attending at St Leonards. The space is well equipped, spacious and filled with light. .
