Jessie chen Donna is the best instructor I have ever met. She cares about everyone in the class and is always kind and supportive. I love her class but sadly I moved a bit far away from this studio. Highly recommend her to anyone lives nearby.

Karen Fennell Highly recommend !!! I have been training with Dermo since early this year, and have noticed the mobility on my injured hip has been much better. My body feels so much more stronger and flexible. Dermo has also helped with my confidence with going to the gym by myself. He is also a very nice person :)
