Logan S The facility is pristine and super spacious. The kickboxing coach is awesome. Coach Chapa is very knowledgeable. He makes class fun and educational. He takes time to work with everyone to make sure they get the most out of their time. No matter what skill level he is able to adjust his coaching to their needs. It makes class very engaging and leaves you wanting to progress and keep getting better. I think if you come to just one class, you will leave already planning to come back. Or at least that’s how it went for me!

CMAG Self-Defence (Contemporary Martial Arts Gym) - VIC

Beld Mannen CMAG has a great community with a very positive energy where my kids feel right at home and quickly making new friends. The unlimited classes are great, which allow you to jump in with any style you like to practise. All martial arts styles are geared toward the practical side of self defence, which makes it all very effective. And the Saturday morning family classes are the best. We also get mum to join in, even when she complains about, all of us spending a lot of time over there.
