Well run establishment, with a focus on their clients and their health. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent physio care!

Michael has supported me through my fitness journey as a total gym newbie, creating exercise programs suited specifically to my needs and abilities, including programs to allow me to continue exercising safely and rebuild strength through recovery from a significant injury. Michael has a truly holistic approach to health, wellbeing and fitness, enhanced by an online platform and community exclusive to the group of people that he works with. I cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough.
