Sean understands the issues I have with my back, and focusses on strengthening it and maintenance. He has guided me on nutrition and a healthy eating plan. His knowledge and guidance is second to none. He has outstanding people skills, and makes the sessions fun. Until I started training with Sean I never liked training.
