M-F BooM I have been training here with my whole family and have been enjoying the centre. The instructors are inclusive of all ages, fitness levels and genders Classes are clearly instructed in English and also cater for Vietnamese or Chinese language too. My kids love the lessons and have made many friends The Master and instructors are very experienced and structure the classes well between warm up, stretching, techniques and patterns I would highly recommend to all.

Madeleine Anderson We’ve been training with Ty for almost a year now, and it’s been a great experience.
