Daniel Iskandar I came in on Friday to purchase a gift for my sisters Deb, and was served by the lovely Angela. She provided outstanding service, although the charm I initially wanted was out of stock, Angela provided me with multiple options which turned out to be more suited to what I envisioned. I hope she is being recognised for her efforts, will come back to her again.

Sanya Verma I had such a wonderful experience at this store! I came in to get my watch resized and a bracelet chain fixed, and I was very pleased by the customer service. The store owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What truly stood out was the owner staying after business hours just to help me out—something you don’t see often these days. The attention to detail, care, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction was exceptional. Both my watch and bracelet now fit perfectly and look as good as new. If you’re looking for quality service from people who truly care, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs or adjustments. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

G C I advise all customers to avoid this store. I had a Seiko watch, barely 7 days old and the band fell apart. I went back to ask for a refund and was told the watch needs to be sent away for repair. I said I am not sending a watch away for repair when I just paid $700. This store has a set of policies that they think overrides consumer law. The staff weren’t one bit helpful at all. I’ll now lodge a complaint with their Head office. I would never shop in these stores again. I end up going back to Southland and the salesperson pretended she didn’t remember me. Had the audacity to say the Frankston store didn’t re-link the watch properly when it was this salesperson in Southland. Thankfully I managed to receive a full refund, which is what the Frankston store should have done in the first place. If the managers took the time to read these reviews and reply they’d understand that customers need to be treated with more respect. And also I don’t appreciate staff at Frankston laughing thinking the whole thing is a joke. I’m not surprised Product Review has a 1.7 star average for this company. I suggest everyone read your consumer rights with regards to refunds. A store cannot take these rights away.
