卓Laika !! CHEMICAL BURNS, CARELESSNESS, OVERCHARGING !! To preface this, I have never written a bad review, as I have never had an experience so awful. I booked an appointment for gel nail removal, and was told the appointment would be approximately 30 minutes. However, my hands and nails were left to soak in 100% acetone for 1 HOUR AND A HALF while staff haphazardly started on other clients before leaving them too, halfway in the middle of their appointment to tend to newcomers. A few days later, due to the prolonged exposure to 100% acetone solution (1 hour and 30 minutes), I have developed chemical burns from my fingertips to my palm, and my fingers are red and peeling. Although I was quoted $15 at the time of booking, I was charged $25… One of the most poor and unhygienic nail salons I have ever been to. PHOTO: Rings of fire, thin and brittle nails that snap and crack as a result of overfiling during the appointment.
