5 /5 smily kakkar: I recently had veneers done at Malvern Smile Studio, and I couldnt be happier with the results! Dr. Saloni and her team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring that every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Saloni, in particular, was amazing. She put all my anxiety at ease with her calm and reassuring demeanor. She took the time to explain each part of the procedure and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout, and the transformation is beyond what I had hoped for. I am thrilled with my new smile and highly recommend Malvern Smile Studio to anyone considering dental work. Thank you, Dr. Saloni and team, for such a wonderful experience!

1 /5 Sara: Dr Saloni has placed a crown in my mouth that is several shades lighter than my teeth despite having promised me to match the colour and charged me top dollar for it. Also, for a cleaning appointment, she tried to get more money out of my insurance than the one quoted via email. When confronted, about both her behaviour, had no explanation for either and no resolution. Evidence is available for this through her own emails, also several other quotes I got from other dentists, I decided to go here due to lower fee but she tried to put more through my insurance from her end ?! that is still my money and money I could later use, she claimed later the difference in quote only left me out of pocket a few dollars ?! excuse me? what she put through the insurance was higher than any other dentist would have charged (others who would have done xray as well!). Evidence is available for all this. I have kept the emails. Evidence of this ridiculous tooth colour is also available in my mouth that has made me look ridiculous, made me self conscious about laughing as I have a tooth standing out that is a different colour from the rest. Now over the past 2 weeks in October 2024, I have been spammed by this person to go get dental check ups, despite having made clear I dont wish to go here. These messages should have an opt out option and do not as they are clearly marketing messages since I clearly terminated the patient doctor relationship. I strongly agree with Peters review. I will contact the appropriate agencies for a refund and compensation for all her behaviour. I may have to start with HCC or VCAT.

5 /5 Kern Kapoor: It had been over a year since my last visit to the dentist and was nervous coming in for a checkup and clean (probably because I haven’t been flossing). The checkup was really thorough and Dr Saloni made me feel at ease. Usually you get a talking down from a dentist for not doing this or that, but Dr Saloni was kind and empathetic. And told me some useful and practical strategies that have helped my teeth in better shape (and colour!)

1 /5 Peter Mew: Pending legal action against this clinic due to poor practice and extremely poor sub-standard quality. Would highly recommend seeking alternative dental options as this clinic is miles behind in terms of industry expectations. Strongly believe the 5* reviews to be mostly fictional so please ensure you don’t use them as a gauge.
