1 /5 Anu Bhatiya: I had an absolutely horrendous experience. The staff was incredibly rude, and their behavior was unacceptable. I will never return to this place. Even my nails are not equal one hand nails is different than other. Such a stupid service, she just tried to finish for me quickly. Wastage of money and time. I wish if I could give ZERO start.

1 /5 Jeevitha Sagar: I got my Shellac done on my natural nails. The acting manager who is managing the store did my nails. She didnt apply the paint evenly and within 8 hours of getting it done, they have started peeling off. The paints between layer have not even dried up. And she didnt apply the nail paint properly changing the natural shape of my nail bed. I will not even rate them. 1/5 is an overstatement.

1 /5 quavv: Worst nails I have ever had. I had BIAB and in less than a week they have all discoloured, they were all different shapes and not buffed down at all. The thickness at the cuticles is so thick I will have to get them redone within 2weeks. The lady who did them left with just one hand to do the clear coat on and passed to someone else for the last 2minutes. Never get builder gel done here. They are not experienced at all.

1 /5 Ha Le: Worst set l have ever had. Layers of gel were applied unevenly and ended up being super lumpy. Nail forms were inconsistent. There was bubbles on a few nails and i had to tell the girl to fix it or she would have just applied the top coat over the bubbles. Allover it was such a mess.

1 /5 Nethmi Dilma Fernando: Really disappointed with the service today. I have been coming here for more than 4 years now and Ive never had an issue. Got a refills today and they charged me $60 instead of $55 coz one of my nails were broken. Ive had instances like that before and never charged like that. The lady who did my nails were very rude. When I said she was rude to me she tried to say something about how I didnt keep my fingers properly in the LED light. Very disrespectful after being their customer for 4 years! Very disappointed!!
