1 /5 Joanna: Went in to get facial wax, there was no one in the store except the staff. She was laughing, talking on the phone. When I came in, I told her what I wanted and she told me to come back in 10 minutes. I asked her why as there was no other customers in the store. It wouldve totally been okay if it was something to do with the equipment, or if she couldnt actually perform the service however, she said she is on the phone with management and that I need to come back in 15 mins instead. I find it quite hard to believe that management would agree to turn down a customer for the sake of speaking to her-- especially for a service that wouldve taken 5 mins at most. Judging from the way she was talking on the phone, it didnt seem like a super urgent conversation. I wouldnt usually leave a review for something like this however, this isnt the first instance where I came in and the staff was just super inattentive or just talking on the phone whilst being on the job. I have been going to this place on and off since it opened. I understand there are instances where you would need to wait in these places however, its just unprofessional and frankly a waste of the companys money to pay staff that dont actually prioritise their job to provide a service to paying customers.
