1 /5 Victoria Anderson: Dont get your ears pierced here. They used a gun on my upper ear and caused an infection, and used a stud that is too short so my ear swelled over it. I went to skin Kandy who fixed it up for me for free as she said this happens regularly. I made a complaint and no one got back to me. Poor service and under trained.

5 /5 Brenda Brown: Ive been in this store twice in the last month as a mature woman.Each time I was offered assistance and honest advice regarding hair pieces. What lovely friendly young staff. Visiting shops which mainly attract younger clientele can feel intimidating, however I was made to feel comfortable and confident with my choice of purchase.

She found everything for me straight away. She is an absolute delight and nothing was too much trouble. She has a wonderful work ethic and is an asset to the Erina store. Thank you Bella
