Nicole was extremely helpful and patient with me as she helped me make a decision about earrings . She made suggestions and she showed me a variety of options . She was not at all pushy or forceful and she listened to my description of both girls personalities so she could get an insight into what they might like . Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. I was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience.
