Paire Tarr Katie is absolutely amazing and a very sweet professional. Since I discovered her place in late 2023, I’ve been coming ever since! She recommends suitable lash styles for your eye shape which I appreciate. She skilfully does your lashes without any pain and sometimes I catch myself falling asleep. Every time I’m left in love with my lashes. The quality of lashes are perfect! Only rarely do I experience any fallout of my lashes after they’re done unlike other places. I also wear makeup everyday for work and still after 5 weeks my lashes look great. For her kind and attentive service combined with fair prices, I highly recommend Katie’s Beauty Room.

Prabhjot Kaur I am really upset with my experience today. These people always charge the way they want to. They don’t have any prices card, according to their staff, not even all people what the prices are. Every time they say prices have increased. I booked an appointment yesterday and confirmed the prices before going there and when I went there today, first they sent a person who was not experienced enough to do the waxing job and then the other lady did the job. I really don’t have any issue with the people who did the job. Hannah was fine. However, when I went ahead to pay they were charging me $30 for the half legs waxing and when I raised the concern that over the phone I was told that it will be $20, then the lady at counter just got upset and talked in a very rude manner. First she said that guy attending phone calls do not know the prices and when I argued that it was a female I spoke to, then she started saying different things and was not ready to take any ownership or responsibility. And the other very illogical thing she said that prices differ based on how tall you are, how fat you are, etc. I got average height and am not too fat. This is something I have heard first time for a waxing job.
