mounika .k I had the worst experience in this Casey central skin boutique. I always go to Mt.Eliza & staff there are super friendly but the staff here are so rude. I was late for 10minutes to my appointment as I couldn’t find the store location as it’s my first time & they said since I’m late they can’t do my laser as they have other appointments & I was on the phone with them during my appointment time asking them directions. As I couldn’t locate the store. Also I purchased the laser treatments for my mum using my email details. But booked an appointment under my mums name & when we went there the staff said they can’t transfer it as it’s under my name. I booked the session nearly a month ago for my mum & what did the staff do when I booked it & only informed me after we went to the appointment that they can’t do it for mum & have to purchase a new one for her. It’s such a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my family members & friends.

R N I had my second laser session with Sarah today and I can’t recommend her enough. she does not rush Appointment and cares about the quality and covers all areas that needs to be done. Definitely recommend the Skin boutique, stuff are always helpful, respectful and friendly.

I purchased 6 laser sessions, but they falsely claimed I had completed all of them when I had only attended 5. On top of that, the staff were rude and disrespectful, not just toward me, but also toward my son. Their machine clearly isn’t functioning properly I’ve actually experienced increased hair growth instead of results. This has been a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine service or effective treatment!!!!! 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM

Halimah Safdari I had the worst experience with an eye lash lift service recently. I paid $70 ($60 for lift + $10 for tint (was given a discounted price)) for a treatment that was extremely disappointing. The products used during the procedure were stinging my eyes uncomfortably, and worst of all, they did absolutely nothing to enhance my lashes. In fact, I achieved better results by using DIY lash lift products that I purchased online. Overall, I would strongly advise against wasting your money on this particular service. Kiosk at Casey central!

maddie Got my eyebrows waxed, left upset. The customer service was not good. I asked for waxing, half way through she started threading my eyebrows. Left my eyebrows uneven and asked me if I wanted my upper lip waxed. After I said no she said “i’ll do it with wax” I said no again. She also dropped wax on my cheek and left wax on my face. Would not go back

Rebecca Hemmersbach Was treated like a germ when I last went there on Friday 1st November for my appointment. My doctor requested that I get a sample of my toe nails to be analysed for an infection. I was told "we cant touch those" as in my feet and that I would need to go to a podiatrist. I was allowed to dry my feet and leave, I was so humilidated in front of 10 other clients that I just left....... I went to podiatrist and was told that I have a nail infection which I caught from your salon because the tools are not sterilised..... I think that you need to ensure that your tools are clean in future so that it doesnt happen to others. Im suffering with major depressive disorder and am struggling to deal with this sort of customer service. My toe nails are about to fall off because of your salon, I am not impressed!!! Thanks for your reply, how dare you imply that I am being dishonest, I had a 10am appointment on the 1st November and was seated in the 1st chair with my feet in the water soaking when you approached me.... You claim that this incident didnt happen but amazingly you remember me coming in! And I said nothing about my nails hurting!!!

Amy Miller Shakila and her daughter did an incredible job with my wedding make up and a beautiful hairstyle up do. They had extremely high attention to detail and took care to ensure the look was exactly what I wanted. My make up stayed in place without need for touch up at all despite it being 30 degrees. As a kiwi marrying a Bangladeshi I was wearing a lehenga and had no idea how to fix my dupatta. Shakila took care of this for me and it did not move all day despite all my dancing. My husband and dad were both shocked and loved the transformation. She made me a true Bengali bride for the day and the make up really pulled together the look. They also took care of my 16 year old daughter’s hair which was absolutely stunning and transformed her into a princess. Thank you Shakila from the bottom of my heart! If you are looking for an incredible make up artist and hair stylist for your wedding day, you’ve found her!! I can’t recommend more highly!
