Hoone Hoone I’ve been to a lot of barber shops, but this one stands out in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a chill vibe that made me feel right at home. The shop is clean, stylish, and has that classic barbershop feel with a modern twist. My barber, Hammad was not only skilled but also super friendly. He took his time, asked me exactly how I wanted my cut, and made sure everything was perfect before I left the chair. The fade was on point, the line-up was sharp, and the beard trim? Flawless. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. It’s clear these guys care about their craft. I left feeling fresh, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit.

Muhamed elmazi Was super happy with the experience. Henry definitely understood the assignment. Not many barbers and hairdressers know how to blend a #1 length buzz cut with a high skin fade. And the price was super affordable then most places. Definitely would recommend.

He made me feel really comfortable by explaining everything he was going to do and made sure everything I wanted done was done to perfection. elviera vasaylaje I just called the place and the lady who answered the call doesnt seem to know what I was talking about. I came yesterday at 4:40 with my sister so her name is the one listed . We both had massage. They didnt ask for my details. Had the worst massage experience. Went yesterday to get a full body massage. Before we start I asked the young lady who did my massage to focus more on my head and she said yes. She started on the back of my neck just using her thumb and only did one thing. Then did my back. No pressure used and like she doesnt know what she was doing. I keep asking to put more pressure but nothing changes. Then she did my arm and leg no pressure again as she was only using her fingers. She was going going up and down very slowly and just on same part she didnt massage any sides of my arms and legs. Then when she did my hand she was lightly tapping my hand like a baby! so I asked again can you please do it deeper? She said “no coz its just for smoothing” then when she started doing my head she only used her thumb/knuckles to point on some areas of my head and lightly touched my forehead. I think she did my head for 4 mins as I asked for the time. Anyway this is my first time in this place so this review is just for the one person who did my massage. Its really upsetting coming to get massage coz you’re not feeling well but ended up feeling very stressed because of the experiece and having to pay $100 for literally nothing.

Bahar R My husband and I used to be your customers for last couple of years.we normally visited Sunny and Kiki. We were happy with them but we recently found out when we after Sunny she rejected us and passed to other staff. That’s fine if she is not able to get us ,she could tell us “no”. Today I’ve come there at 1:55 and asked her if she is available,she told me back at 3:20. I backed 3:20 and a guy asked me go through the room I told him I wanna get with Sunny he said she is available at 4 then I wanted to cancel the appointment but he told me she will come in 10 minutes Finally she sent another girl to me . I’ve never had such a massage so frustrating. If you are not available just tell the customer “no”. I could go to other places. I paid $101 but still feel tired. I don’t recommend it .that’s very unprofessional you reject your customers when you see they are regular customers.

Melbourne wala Jatt I’ve been to PB08 before and had a great experience when the main guy cut my hair – he was absolutely superb. That’s why I came back, expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, this time it felt like someone was just practicing on me. The person who cut my hair clearly lacked skill and confidence, and it showed in the final result. Nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money and end up feeling like a test subject. I get that businesses want to expand and bring in more staff, but there should be a serious focus on quality over quantity. If you can’t ensure every barber delivers a professional cut, then you’re just wasting people’s time and money. Really disappointed with this experience. PB08 needs to reconsider how they manage their team – not every customer wants to gamble on who they’ll get.

Theres a bit of wait but the end result is worth it .Came here yesterday couldnt get my turn in early lunch late morning as had to go back to attend to my child as wife had another hair appt. Came back was served in decent time frame and Raman who did my beard and lineup was exceptional at his craft. Took his time lined my beard perfectly . Renée Ive been going to this salon off and on and generally my experience is really positive. I decided to get my hair done as was attending a wedding. Recently i have had to go back to get some corrections which Tania had fixed wonderfully with no problem. My only advice is to please get a price to avoid bill shock. I had minimul colour added (a few highlights & grey retouch) & flat iron curls and was charged $427. This is an incredibly high cost, more so than the brides hair which included a cut. I think its really important to tell your clients the charges so as to not cause Bill shock and embarrassment to the customer. Its an incredibly high charge and a cost that should be disussed before hand to give the client an opportunity to be informed and to give us an opportunity to choose. Its dissapointing and an uncomfortable situation when you have been going somewhere for a while and have an expectation in mind of what to expect then all of a sudden your hit with a cost that seems unjustified.

The girls there were absolutely slammed with booking and the wonderful team made time for me and made me feel so much better about being in my situation. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the style I wanted as the previous place had cut my hair too short. But the girls worked together to give me an absolute amazing hair style. jurnee tanga Had my dahlias done. The appointment went for an hour not to mention I had to get them re pierced in that same session because they were done wrong. Two days later my piercings were so badly swollen due to the bars not being big enough ( they were custom made ) I had to go to essential beauty to get them removed, my skin had consumed the bars completely. Not the best experience! Lovely people but I wouldn’t recommend going there for piercings.

You can shop for all things you expect a shopping center to have - clothes, homewares, groceries etc, and services like pharmacy, beauty, banking, travel etc, and a number of food shops to grab a quick bite from or to sit and dine. Its catered more towards lower to middle class income earners, so youll find the affordable stores like Kmart, reject shop, best & less, cotton on, but you wont find any designer stores like Gucci or Chanel, or even Myer which I personally still find expensive. Free open air parking available and plenty of spots. Has parents rooms and an indoor playground too for young parents.

Bob Edward Been having my hair cut at "Green Door" for many years . Their service has always been excellent but they were really put to the test the day when the recent lock down ( No 6 ) ended. They aspired to the occasion brilliantly and even through their services were in great demand they were just as courteous, efficient and friendly as they have always been. Its now January 2024, the same excellent standard of hair cuts continues as does the friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend .

Julie Foley I must admit, I initially expected an ordinary massage—the shops aesthetic left much to be desired. The room I was taken to was sparse, just a massage table in a plain white space, lacking the warm and relaxing atmosphere one might hope for. Then came Nadia—my massage therapist—and she was absolutely amazing. What followed was one of the best treatments I’ve ever experienced. Nadia really took the time to identify and work on my problem areas, all while explaining what she was doing and why. In hindsight, it felt more like a remedial massage, and I was blown away by the results. I would go back to her in a heartbeat. The space itself could definitely benefit from a makeover and some calming spa music, but despite that, I would highly recommend Nadia and her incredible work.

Leigh Sciberras This is an absolute disgrace of a company. They charge more then anyone else in the centre yet their quality of service is pathetic. Waited for 30 mins despite saying no wait time. I was with my wife, they started on her and then finally mr incompetent waltzes in. I stopped the massage mid and walked away. They still try to charge me, like a hole in the head. Argument over the amount i flicked them a 50 for the half attempt for me and half attempt for my wife and left. Seriously do dont it peeps. I have planta in me feet and 1 or later with no time to go elsewhere They wasted my time... Go elsewhere.

Paul H Had the most fantastic deep tissue massage here recently. Lisa, a new practitioner was great. She was aware of the points to work on and "the good pain" of having the muscle release was great. Certainly worth a visit if you want that perfect massage and Lisa is 5 stars as a Practitioner.

Veronica Edwardson Got a pedicure and manicure sunday afternoon, this is what they look like today, 2 days later. Nails are chipping already.. I am not very happy with the way my fingernails were shaped and trimmed, theyre very wonky. I also expected a little bit more of a foot scrub to get rid of dead skin etc but my feet feel the same as they did before. The staff were very friendly but I dont think I will return. I guess you get what you pay for..? ($50 for manicure and pedicure) but still not worth it, couldve done a better job myself at home.

However the massage was lovely, they checked if the water was too hot or cold and I had a dress on, so they gave me a towel to cover my legs which was nice. The nail polish job was a bit rushed too but looked ok. I would possibly come back but Im not 100% sure.

There was a child in the next chair& 40 mins was put into his perfectly executed fade with much dusting off re combing & little more clipping & dusting yet again. Perfect job. My husband had an 8 minute hideous uneven ugly fade sort of, top was some short some longer. He didnt listen to a word of the request & just smirked when he finished said "Ill only charge you $35 not $40. Big deal rather paid full price & had decent job. NEVER TO GO THERE AGAIN!!

The boys working there do an amazing job, it was so busy when we went and all the boys just stayed focused and cheerful while taking one customer after the other without a single frown or complaint. Zinilson Valente Guys honestly save yourself don’t come to this barber genuinely. I have curly hair and I asked for a low taper fade with just a trim on the top (which for most barbers is easy enough to do) and I also showed him a photo. Imagine my surprise when the guy cutting my hair pushes the fade way higher up. I said to him that I didn’t want the fade that high up or else I’ll just look bald on the sides and you know his reasoning? He chuckled and said that if the fade was to low my curly hair would cover it up…like huh? I was so baffled because he thought that pushing the fade higher for some reason would not cover it up even more??? I let him to continue cutting my hair but I was already not impressed. Once it was finished I ended up with a high as taper that wasnt even a fade and more like just a shave. I told him that it wasn’t what I asked for but he shrugs it off. Anyways I go to pay and it was like $40 if I remember (that’s still crazy for what I got). Oh and also the guy cutting my hair was just talking on the phone with someone with his airpods in the whole time so he prob wasn’t focused on cutting my hair at all. He was also so arrogant thinking he was him. genuinely don’t go.

Need to pay more attention to sharps, getting wounded in these places is the Same as geeting a needle stick injury in a hospital. That blade and blade holder is shared with many customers.

Mr. Bates indefinitely wont be going back to this barber! never ask for a line in your hair otherwise you may be cut at random.. asked for a line in my hair, tells me not to move, then grabs my head and while he proceeds to use the cut throat razor on me, he moves my head with his own hands, claiming I moved. then cuts the back of my hair causing it to bleed for several minutes afterwards. no audacity to even apologise he said: this always happens ???!!

Got my hair washed and dried and the hairdressers started to straighten my hair so flat and cut my hair to a point there was no texture in my hair. It was as flat as an ironing board. They ignored what I wanted. End up going to hair house Warehouse to get some products. Got home rewash my hair and volumized. $65 down the drain.

nethmi pathirana Avoid this place at all cost They had a small notice mentioning eftpos is not working therefore only cash payments But I only saw it when I went to pay and had no way of getting cash out. She then took the eftpos machine out and said there will be an overcharge. I thought it’ll only be few dollars as per normal. But they ended up charging $20 extra since I paid from card. They clearly scammed me and also faking saying eftpos isn’t working. On top of that my nails are peeling off after 1 day of getting them done. Paid $75 for a terrible service

Katrina Smith I mainly want to review for not only myself but another lady who was already getting tended to when I walked in. First thing, I stepped in asked did they have time for me? Male guy (as many others refer to) said yes come sit down we can do. I had an appointment at 1pm about 5 mins down the road so thought okay I have an hour he said yes so plenty of time. 25 minutes go by and nothing, so I got to get up and say thank you but I really have to go now I have an appointment at one (I seriously was so kind - no hard feelings I wasn’t phased), the male tech again was like no no we do right now she’s just finishing up and coming to do you right now be very quick plenty of time. I was hesitant but he was very insistent so I went and sat back down. I thought the lady on the far ended had just finished up and a lady came over to get started on me. About 5 mins after I see another lady kept glancing over at me and I was somewhat off my own world thinking about my appointment and other things I had going on. They also I noticed didn’t use any bags in any of in the basins for the spas, I’ve heard other stories of people getting infections potentially because of being unhygienic? Other salons I go to normally use them between customers like Nail D’zign where I normally go but this place used none at all. Secondly she kept cutting me a couple of times and really cutting the sides of my big toes right back. Unsure if true or not but I thought doing it so far back can cause ingrown toenails? Unsure you can make your own mind up on that. She was rushing but very thorough at the same time. They do look great and I was happy with them, I will give this lady that hence the extra star. However, another thing that happened was when she was scrubbing my feet with what looked like a very very worn down and used scrubber (it was purple) she dropped it on the floor, then briefly dipped in the water and then kept on using? Around this time I heard a lady get rather upset and overheard her say she had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes waiting whilst they left her to go and do another customer and she had gotten there before me and I came after her. They had just finished her pedicure when I arrived and I assume she was about to do her nails but I didn’t realise that’s what occurred when the male tech sent somebody over insisted I stayed. I felt so bad I wanted to apologise but she was gone by the time I was able to get up and I move I felt so awkward and uncomfortable. Felt sorry for her if I had known I wouldn’t have stayed. They should be prioritising the customers they are already tending to. It could have easily been me in that ladies position and sounds like it’s happened to many others reading these reviews. Mixed feelings on this place indeed, I think they may have potential perhaps but it seems this male tech from what others have stated too is just more interested in turnover than each person’s needs and happiness. Oh and on a side note they didn’t finish my pedicure till about 12:58pm and I ended up about 10 minutes late to my appointment. So they really should have just said no, they need I think perhaps to learn to tell people to book in and come back another day, slow down and focus on the customers they are working on. I may be back to give them another go and may change this review if they improve. I have only been that one time and just wanted to share my honest experience.

NEVER GO TO L & M NAILS AND BEAUTY. their staff is the rudest and most disgusting people you will ever meet!! they are all gaslighters and are so disrespectful towards their clients. my experience with them was just next level awful and traumatic so here’s the story! i go into the store and ask for LIGHT VOLUME INFILLS she’s like sweet as go into the room. i lie down and get my infills done when i look they are the biggest more ugliest set of VOLUMES i have ever seen. i tell them at first calmly this is not what i asked for i wanted light volume not volume. the manager comes into the room and literally gaslights me into thinking this is what i asked for when i know the difference between volume and light volume. after the argument we agree that they are going to take a little bit off to try and make it more natural i’m like sweet no worries and lie down. when she starts to take some off my eyes start burning and i start shaking and crying, this lady has no compassion i am trying to ask her questions about how long this is going to take and how much she is taking off and she does not respond! she ended up telling me she is taking them all off which wasn’t what we agreed on and i start panicking so bad and tell her to stop and wipe it all off as my eyes are still burning and hurting so bad. i end up being able to get my money back and i thought the manager was going to come back and take them off but i wait 15 minutes without anyone telling me what’s going on. so i start to take my lashes off myself as they have left a whole eye with lashes on still. when doing this i find that they use baby cradle cap shampoo on peoples eyes to take their lashes off!!! (i will attach photos of the products they use) and i ask the manager and she admits she uses that on her clients eyes. i am overall disgusted at this point and demand my money back with half of the lashes still on one eye. the manager proceeds to say “f you” multiple times as im leaving the shop. overall worst experience ever as they also took off all of my old set of lashes with were $80!! my eyes have left over glue on them and are still hurting and red NEVER EVER GO INTO THIS SHOP

Kay Walters I have been a regular client here for many years. I have always been very happy with my haircut and colour. I have had a few different hairdressers and now I see Linda who is fantastic and I like the way she cuts my hair. She has also suggested some different colours which I love Yes sometimes I might have to wait but that doesn’t worry me.

Arlene Welsh I took my daughter for a haircut. I ask the lady how much for layer cut for my daughter she said $35 and then I asked with blow-dry the lady said $40. So I was expecting its $40 total but when Im paying it said $75. I was very surprised extra $40 just for a blow-dry its a bit too much! It cost more than the actual haircut. Never ever again in that salon. What a rip off!
