1 /5 Pearl Maree OSullivan: Extremely rude and condescending manager. I was barely greeted and made to feel like a huge inconvenience. What seemed to be the manager had a very unwelcoming rude attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. She was even rude to the staff member, Linda, who assisted me with my issue.
I went to the store today to return a faulty stud earring, the back piece had broken less than a week after purchasing.
I initially said I would be happy just to have the back piece replaced. The manager ignored me and only spoke to Linda... I was the only customer in the store, so surely she could have at least pretended to make me feel like a valued customer. The manager advised Linda that I could purchase a new back if I wanted, but they would not offer me a refund, nor a replacement, and that the pair of studs would have to be sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired or replaced with no timeline as to when I should expect to have them back. I didnt expect it to be such a big deal, nor did I expect to leave the store feeling so belittled. Linda was lovely and had my best interests in mind while trying to do her job, she atleast acknowledged it wasnt ideal. Needless to say, I will not be buying any more jewellery from this establishment. I just hope my new earrings dont take too long to arrive so I can put this behind me.
