5 /5 India Ross: Sophie really helped me find what I wanted!! Was extremely patient with me. I witnessed her manager be quite rude with her and felt extremely bad as she was just doing her job. I will go back only for her service.

5 /5 Emma Bar: I bought my first tennis bracelet, which was super exciting and a big decision for me! I was served by Madina who was so patient with me, showed me all my options and explained all the details to me. (E.g the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds, clarity of different diamonds etc.) and just such a nice person to chat with in general. She made sure to check several times how many diamonds will be taken off for my wrist size, just in case! Will definitely be back for my next jewellery purchase :)

1 /5 Pearl Maree OSullivan: Extremely rude and condescending manager. I was barely greeted and made to feel like a huge inconvenience. What seemed to be the manager had a very unwelcoming rude attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. She was even rude to the staff member, Linda, who assisted me with my issue. I went to the store today to return a faulty stud earring, the back piece had broken less than a week after purchasing. I initially said I would be happy just to have the back piece replaced. The manager ignored me and only spoke to Linda... I was the only customer in the store, so surely she could have at least pretended to make me feel like a valued customer. The manager advised Linda that I could purchase a new back if I wanted, but they would not offer me a refund, nor a replacement, and that the pair of studs would have to be sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired or replaced with no timeline as to when I should expect to have them back. I didnt expect it to be such a big deal, nor did I expect to leave the store feeling so belittled. Linda was lovely and had my best interests in mind while trying to do her job, she atleast acknowledged it wasnt ideal. Needless to say, I will not be buying any more jewellery from this establishment. I just hope my new earrings dont take too long to arrive so I can put this behind me.

1 /5 Paula Dickson: I bought a 9 carat gold " tree of life" ring 2 years ago and only wore it on special occasions, so I was shocked when I put it on my finger and few weeks ago and found a hole in the ring. I took it to the store and was told by a staff member that the ring would have to be sent to their jeweller to be assessed and they would ring me after 2 weeks with the results!!! As I had no contact after 2 weeks I rang the store and was told that the ring could not be repaired as the gold was " hollow" and there was nothing that could be done. I asked if I could have a replacement ring but was told that it was not possible because they dont have that ring anymore and also their warranty is only for 12 months. I was quite surprised to hear that as I had never heard of a warranty on gold jewellery, which I mentioned to the person on the phone. She then told me that the ring was in the store and I could pick it up. I asked if they could post it but was told no, as they dont have insurance. I would not recommend buying anything from this company as it seems they can set their rules to suit the occasion.

1 /5 Midnight Podcast: I’ve never seen a business inside a shopping centre with such overwhelmingly bad reviews. While my experience doesn’t even crack their "Top 10 Worst," here’s my story. I had a warranty, and the battery in my watch died in less than a year. When I took it in, this so-called watch shop—specializing in watches, mind you—told me they don’t even replace watch batteries. Instead, they offered two laughable options: send my watch away for eight weeks to get the battery replaced or head downstairs and pay a small fortune to have someone else do it. What’s the point of their warranty then? Eight weeks to replace a battery? That’s beyond ridiculous. If they’re incapable of doing the work, why not provide a voucher so customers can go downstairs? I seem to recall them offering something like that a couple of years ago—guess they got tired of standing by their shoddy products. To top it off, the woman helping me was outright rude. She spent the entire interaction staring at whatever she was writing in her book and barely acknowledged me. The whole experience was dismissive, unprofessional, and a complete brush-off.
